Angel with a Shotgun, my favorite song by Nightcore was just ending as I turned off my phone, got off of the bus and then I quickly looked around.
They really should consider putting some color somewhere on this building, because if you didn't know any better you would think that its a prison by the sight of the cold grey bricks that where visible from the outside of the building and the barbwire fence surrounding the building "for our safety" if you didn't see a bunch of teenagers with book bags unloading from yellow school busses and rushing in.
I quickly lowered my eyes to my feet as I heard the voice from my dreams coo "You dont belong here my angel, I will retrieve you from this aweful place soon, I promise."
I looked around, but there was no source to the mysterious voice."Man that was weird." I mumbled under my breath as I walked into the school.
"Everyone, the worksheet I'm giving you is a partners worksheet, so if you would hurry and find a partner so you can get started it shouldn't take the entire class time to complete." Mr. Hungerman talked over the noise of the class.
'No.. why do they have to have partners assignments..whoever thought these were a good idea deserves to get punched in the face.. with a cactus.." I thought to myself, I smiled a little at the image of actually hitting some stranger in the face with a cactus, untill a paper was set on my desk and brought me back into reality.
My hands started to sweat and my anxiety started to kick in as people moved to different seats and moved desks to work in groups, but even with all of this, there was still at least a three desk radius between me and any other student.
However, this didnt bother me, after everyone was seated I picked up my pencil and started on my work. I have gotten used to doing group projects on my own since I have never had someone want to work with me.
I stoped when I heard my name come up in someone's conversation, normally I would just ignore it since it happened on a daily basis, but for whatever reason it bothered me today.
As I listened in on the blonde's and brunette's conversation I started seeing red and my blood started to boil. I then abruptly stood up, most of the class looked at me like they just then noticed that I was there, but the girls who were talking about me didn't seem to notice, they where quite animated, making hand jesters and laughing hard enough I was sure I seen a tear in the blonde's eye.
I very quickly made my way over to them, when I got there brunette girl whose desk was facing my direction looked up and her blood drained from her face and her skin went instantly white, but that didn't stop me from grabbing the other girl by her collar and lifting her up over my head with ease.
For once someone finally looked me in the eyes, but when she did she had a look of pure fear."You keep my name out of your filthy fucking mouth do you understand me!" I fumed.
"Y-your eyes!" She stammered
" Miss. Stacie! Get over here right now!" Mr. Hungerman bellowed with the most authority he could muster, obviously terrified himself.
Normally I would be afraid of him because of his muscular build, but I just looked at him and hissed. The completely unnatural sound feeling so natural in my chest scared me as much as everyone else, if not more.
"Stay away from me!" I screeched as I ran out of the classroom so fast that everything around me was blurred, and it felt as if my feet weren't even touching the laminated floor.
I made it to the other side of the school to the bathroom and pushed in the door and looked into the mirror, what I seen filled me head to toe with fear.
