"Mason, come here quickly" Coryn shouts for her boyfriend downstairs "Say it again baby" she encourages her son.

"What's wrong?" Mason says rushing into their bedroom.

"Ma-mama" Korbin struggles to get his first word out. Mason goes over to his son and lifts up him fussing over him.

"Always knew I was the favourite" Coryn says proudly, he looks at her and sticks out his tongue, Korbin copies his dad and they burst into laughter at their son, who's grown up quicker then they expected.

"Korb, please stop" Mason shushes his seventeen month old son.  The family were travelling to Ireland to visit where Coryn's mother and father are originally from. They travelled by boat so Coryn could bring more shopping home, this was their first family holiday and it isn't as easy as they would like.

"No" Korbin screams trying to wriggle his way out of his fathers arms. He was having a temper tantrum over nothing and everyone in the deck was staring at the scene in front of them.

"Korbin, stop, now, look what's this?" Coryn tries to distract him by waving her phone in front of him with a video playing, he simply ignores her and screams at the top of his lungs, his little face red and his brown eyes stained red.

"Um, do you mind people are trying to sleep" an elder women approaches the pair.

"We're trying our best Susan, move along" Coryn responses sarcasticly. The girl had been travelling for the thick end of five hours with another four to go, it's not a good idea to mess with her when she's tired.

"Cor" Mason looks at her with a look telling her to stop.

"What, she was asking for it. Give him to me" Coryn says opening her arms for her baby. She bounces him rubbing his forehead hoping he'd calm down, after ten minutes or so he finally gave up. The parents finally got some rest before they had to get going again.

After four hours, two toilet breaks, and three playlists they were finally in Carna, Co.Galway a seaside town on the coast of Ireland. They let themselves into Coryn's mothers old home house. It was relatively warm since some of Coryn's family members take care of the place when they aren't there, they set up a heater and left microwave meals in the freezer for them.

"Are you alright?" Mason asks his girlfriend, noticing her mood change as she showed him around the house.

"Yeah, it's just weird being back here without her" she says picking up a old picture frame, that held a picture of her mother, Keelan and Coryn.  She puts the small frame down and moves onto the next room, not wanting to dwell on sadness in a place she holds so close to her heart.  She showed Mason around the house, then settled down and made dinner.

"So, this is where your mother grew up" Mason says, despite him being friends with Coryn ever since he could remember, he'd never visited Ireland with her.

"Yep, I love it honestly it's small but nice" she says looking around the room. Her mother was one of eight but the small two storey house didn't fit all the children and her granny and grandad at times. Most of her auntie and uncles still reside in the area or close, only her mother and Auntie Sarah moving away.

"It's amazing Cory" he says smiling admiring the view of the Atlantic Ocean out the window. Coryn had so many memories of her and her cousins going paddle boarding or swimming whenever they felt like it, Winter or Summer.

"Kee, come onnnn" Coryn and her cousin Jake tried persuading the teenager to go swimming with them.

"No, piss off" Keelan says pushing the two annoying eight year olds away. Coryn ran to tell on her big brother and within minutes their mother got him up and ready to swim with them.
