Even though I was still upset about leaving Toronto, the feeling of being back home was great. I missed work, I missed the scenery of Miami, I missed my boys. Well, it didn't outweigh leaving Onyx but, this was me trying to make the best out of the separation between us.

"Trigga!" Kevin shouted, waving his arms around. Since I came home, I haven't seen Loso or Kevin. I wanted to be alone so, I stayed silent on my return. But, I decided to suck it up and open the gym.

"Wassup, bruh?" I chuckled, roughly pulling him in for a dap. I did it on purpose, knowing what he was gon' say.

"Good God," he sighed, "too much damn testosterone."

"Yea, whatever. Was' been up, doe?" I inquired, treading to the front door. I unlocked it, stepping inside the cold fitness room. I was ready to put in work, for real.

"Ain't shit really happen. It was Spring Break so, we had a couple parties but, we do that all the time. Oh," Kevin exclaimed, making me jump, "that bitch, the Bambi."

"Kevin..." I dragged, not interested in wherever this was heading. Last thing I wanted to do was discuss B. If anything, he only waited until we got inside my office to say what he had intended to say about her.

"Nah, you wanna hear this. I ain't wanna tell you when it happened 'cause you was with Onyx. She fought Nay at LIV. I'on know why but, they was scrappin' for real. That shit was crazy." he chuckled, recalling the fight. Sighing, I plopped down in the chair behind my desk. I ain't care to hear that shit; I prayed that it would never happen.

"I knew that shit was gon' happen eventually. Who won? Not like that but, did Naomi get hurt?" I inquired. Naomi wasn't a match for Bambi, I'll be honest. Bam aimed for low-blows and she saw pure red. The bitch was crazy, it can't be stressed enough.

"Bambi used resources. Glasses, bottles. She wanted to kill Naomi. All over you, bruh. You the male Badu. I don't know what these women be hooked on but, they crazy. You ain't even that special! Look at me—"

"Here you go." I chuckled, flipping through my agenda.

"I look better, I dress better, I smell better, I'm smarter." he said, counting off his fingers. Laughing, I leaned into the chair, comfortably. I continued to think about Nay; I needed to go see her. Just to make sure she was good after what happened.

While Kevin was still ranting about being better than me on every platform, Loso stepped inside the office. There was tension between us; it stemmed from him not supporting me with Onyx.

"You back and ain't say shit? Don't tell me you still mad from that BS." he grumbled. Not saying a word, I shook my head to what he said.

"Nah, never that. Wassup?" I chuckled half-heartedly. As I stood to my feet, he met me halfway for a dap. I took my seat once again, gathering all that was necessary. It was the first day back from Spring Break; I was dealing with hangovers and new clients. Just great.

"Well, I'm 'bout to head over to the shop." he sighed as we all rose to our feet. Kevin was quiet; that was odd. I knew he sensed the vibe between us. I was coolin', doe. The situation was over; he seemed to be stuck on it, if anything.

"Aight, I'm 'boutta start class. Kev, you workin' out with me today?" I asked, shutting the office door once everyone was out. Peering out the front window, I noticed numerous cars parked already.

"Yea. I stopped drinkin' those nasty-ass shakes you recommeneded. Workin' out is the only way to maintain this body." he cheesed, heading over to the treadmill. Jabri and I laughed 'fore we dapped each other up once more.
