"Looky looky." I automatically rolled my eyes at the sound of that condescending voice.

"What do you want Casey?" I shut my locker, turned to face her. She crossed her arms, looking me up and down in disgust. "Nadia, told me you were talking to Levi."

"Yes, I was. What about it?" I questioned.

"What about it? You know I have the biggest crush on him and you're going to be a slut and swoop in and steal him from me." She took a step closer to me, "No guy would ever want you; you're not even hot let alone cute, stay the fuck away from him." She spat.

I admit those words hurt, no matter how many times she tells me that it still makes me want to cry.

"Do you understand?"

"You can't tell me w-what to do Casey. I can hang out with any one I want." I stated.

"Fine." She simply said, "I'll tell mom you're giving me a hard time." She said through gritted teeth, walked past me not before bumping me on the shoulder, making me loose grip on my books and they evidently fell to the ground.

Casey and Nadia, they are my stepsister and a long with stepsisters I have a evil step-mother. I'm stuck with them until I turn 18 and I get to have my dad's money that he left for me, and I finally get to be free.

They are the worst.

"Do you need any help with that?"

"Uh- No I go-" I caught a look at the familiar tattooed hands, "Levi!" I shot my head up meeting his piercing gaze.

He chuckled, "Why do you always say my name like you're surprised or something. Do I scare you?" He questioned.

I shook my head, "No, no, never-- I mean why would I be scared of you? You're like sweet, kind, and nic--- "

Oh my God, I just said that out loud.

He just looked at me surprised.

I bit my bottom lip nervous from his stare. "I didn't mean- I mean- What I was saying was, I'm just shocked that you talk to me because someone as popular and too cool for school is talking to me? Nerdy Tatiana." I whispered the last part.

"To cool for school." He snorted, "You are so fucking weird."

I slightly smiled. "As I've been told."

He finished picking up the books as did I, we stood up on our feet and he handed me the books.

"Thank you." I shyly smiled.

"You're welcome Tati." He smirked.

I felt my insides wanting to come out from my throat and throw up sprinkles and rainbows all over the hall. That's how I felt when he gave me a nickname.

"See you later Levi." I awkwardly waved. Why am I like this?!

I turned around and before I could walk to my next class, he had stopped me. "I forgot to tell you." He spoke. I turned around on the heels of my feet. He's touching me, Levi is touching me!

I looked down at my wrist, "Oh, sorry." He pulled away and rubbed the back of his head.

"I just wanted to invite you to a party tonight. Pool party, I know you like those." He joked.

Oh God, I should've just told him I fell asleep because I was TIRED like a normal person.

"Anyway, its just a kickback. Nothing fancy, so it might not be as fun for your wild side." A small smirked appeared on his face. He's making fun of me. I wanted nothing more than to unlock my locker, get inside, lock myself in it and stay there forever.
