My Mind

My mind is running a mile a minute.
My mind is all over the place.
I go go go go barley do anything for myself.
My depression acts up so much.
My anxiety has gotten worse.
In my mind im a prisoner.
In my mind i think about so much.
In my mind i want to do this and that.
My mind is running a mile a minute.
Do it stop no it does not.
I don not sleep because my mind just runs.
In my mind.
My insomnia keeps me up or is it my mind.
It is prolly all running in my mind.
My mind has to much in it.
The weight of everything just runs thur my mind.
My mind does not turn off.
I wish my mind would.
