Chapter 1

Tori's pov
I woke up to the sound of my alarm. It was now 6:30 am. i groaned and got out of bed and went to shower.when i finished i hot dressed. i put on a black shirt that said MMXII and jeans,my gold watch and shoes( pic above).then i put make up on. I don't usually wear a lot of make up so i put blush i bit darker than my skin then i put on eyeliner then mascara and Lip gloss.

Its now 7:00 and i don't have to be at school for at least an hour and a half since i start at 8:30. i went downstairs to eat breakfast and saw my dad eating eggs and bacon."good morning dad" i said as i went to take some eggs and bacon. "good morning sweetheart"he said but he sounded a bit worried." are u ok dad u sound a bit worried? " I asked " well no but i don't want you to worry " "its ok dad u can tell me" "well we are having some money problems and we might lose the house" "omg dad why dint u tell me earlier" "i told u i dint want u to worry about it me and your mother are working 2 jobs" "well then ill also get a job ill work after school" "no its ok u just focus on school" "no dad its fine ill look for a job after school" i said and then went to school since its 8:00.

I arrived at school and got to my locker were i was greeted by my best friends. "hey tor" maddi said "hey mads" the first bell rang and the girls went to home room and madison waited for me "u ok?" Maddi asked me "yeah I'm fine its just...ok u cant tell anyone ok?" "I promise" "ok well i have to go look for a job after school because we have money problems"i said in a sad tone "hey u don't need to be ashamed its ok I'm not gonna say anything to anyone i promise" she said and hugged me as we entered the class.

First period was over and now I'm at my locker i got my stuff for math class and went to class. as i was walking i bummed into someone and all our books fell on the floor. as we were picking our books "watch were your going next time"he said...SAM. the popular guy also known as the schools player as well as his friends. "why don't you watch were you're going next time"i said in a mad tone and walked away. it was now lunch. i was sitting next to madison and maggie was sitting in front of her and Olivia in front of me and mallory next to Olivia. so there is an empty seat next to me. as i was eating my lunch someone sat next to me and put there arm around my shoulder. i turn my head to the side and saw sam. i took his hands of my shoulder and said" what do u want?" "What i cant hang out with a pretty girl? " He asked and smirked. the bell rang and i stud up " sorry maybe next time" and left with the girls following.

-after school-
I was getting my bag out of my locker and went outside and saw maddi and she asked me if i needed a ride i told her no because i had a car just not an expensive one like the lids in this school have. I went inside my car and headed to Starbucks. As i got my drink i bummed into a lady "oh I'm so sorry" "its ok ...uhm hey u dropped your wallet" she said " oh thank u...i know this is weird but do u know were i can get a job?" "Actually i sorta need a new made " "oh really i would love to work for u then i really need the money" "can u come by my house at 5" she asked " yeah sure heres my number so u can text me your address" "ok oh and my name is lori" "Victoria but u can call me tori". I went back home did my home work and its now 4:40. i left my house and went to lori's house.it was huge.i walked to the door and rang the door bell.after a couple seconds lori opened the door."hi come in"she said as i walked in we sat in the kitchen table and she interviewed me "so how old are u,what school do u go to and why do u wanna work here?" She asked "well I'm 17 ,i go to westside high school and i need money to help my mom and dad at home." "oh really i have a son that hoes to westside and thats good i just need to know if u can come every day after school to clean the house and on the weekends ill tell u later about the schedule" "ok yes thats good " "ok can u start today? " She asked "uhm sure what do i need to clean?" "Today u dint need to clean just look around the house" "ok" and i took a tour as i went upstairs i opened a room.i guess the lori and her husbands room. i herd the door down stairs open and boys talking loudly.I'm guessing her son is here with his friends. I don't really want to meet him because then he will know about my problems but maybe he wont tell i mean he cant be that bad his mom is pretty cool.as i herd the boys coming upstairs lori called me from her room so i went to see her so i couldn't see who the boy was. " yes?" I asked lori "do u mind if u clean the kitchen and then take out the garbage for today there is a big mess and i have to go to a meeting at work its in emergency? "She asked "of course i mean thats what u pay me for" i said " ok thank u as soon as my son's friends go ill tell him to help u take out the garbage" "oh no its ok-" she cut me off"no he will, he needs to have some responsibilities." "oh ok" even tho i dint want him to help she still told him so i guess he will see me " i will go tell him and then leave ill be home late so don't wait up and ill pay u every sunday" "ok thank u again" "no problem sweetie" and with that she left.

Sam's pov i got home with the jacks and Nate after a couple minutes my mom came in my room and she told me we got a new made and that when the boys leave that i have to help her with the garbage so i said ok .wtv.she also told me that this girl goes to my school. which is weird since everybody at my school are rich and don't need a job. so i guess ill meet her after the boys leave. 2 hours later the boys left and i saw the back of her head it looked familiar so i closed the door and went to help her with that garbage "hey my mom told me to help u with the garbage"

Tori's pov
As i was cleaning the dishes i hear the boys leaving and the guy told them bye. the he told me "hey my mom told me to help u with the garbage" he sounded very familiar " yes the bags are next to the counter on the floor" i said and turned around and saw it was ...OMG sam. sam wilkinson is lori's son. "sam"
"Tori?" He asked surprised "what r u doing here .your the new made" "omg this is so embarrassing" "i cant believe the Victoria henderson is my new made" "yeah so, let me guess now your gonna tell the whole school and make fun of me for not having money? " I asked madly "what no, I'm not gonna say anything if u don't want me to say" he said .Weird but i still have a bad feeling about this. " wtv ,the garbage bags are here ill take 2 u take 2" i said and walked passed him but before i opened the front door he stopped me "why are u such a bitch"he said "I'm a bitch"i asked sorta mad "yes!!" At least I'm not a spoiled brat like u" " hey u don't know me ok" he said " you're right but i know that when a person gets what ever he wants when ever he wants and has a huge house and never has to work his life and doesn't appreciate what he has that that means your spoiled and thats exactly what u are...oh and u don't know me either so don't call me a bitch when your the one acting like one" even tho i was probably acting like one he shouldn't call me that because he doesn't know what happens in my life.

It was now 8:00 pm and I'm really tired I'm done cleaning and sam is in his room doing god knows what. so i think in just gonna go home. so i texted lori and told her i was finished

To lori: thank u again for this job. I'm finished and I'm gonna head home and ill see u tmrw.

From lori: np sweetie and ok ill see u tmrw i hope sam helped u and was nice to u

To lori: yes he did and was have a good night

From lori: ok good and u too

As i got home it was 8:30 and i saw my parents in the couch watching tv "hey guys " i said to my parents "hey sweetie how was work" my mom asked "good i guess but I'm really tired and i have school tmrw so i just go to bed love u guys" "love u too" they said and i went to my room changed to pj's and went to sleep.oh god tmrw i have to face sam great.
