Time passes by and honestly I've grown fond of Soonyoung's childhood friend, Sooyoung and one of my online friends, Sophia. Things have been going on well for me and I'm happy about it.
She's such a great person and it's fun to have her around. Those two have also warmed up to her so she does come by to have lunch with us. Who would've thought, the popular girl of the school is hanging out with an average circle like us.
Today, she's not here with us. Maybe she's hanging out with her friends. Not that we mind anyways
"I'll be back. I have to go to the restroom" I stood up from my seat and left the cafeteria.
Nothing's unusual until I heard some chatting on the staircase that'll lead to the rooftop. The rooftop's closed so pretty much it's quite deserted here. Maybe it's just those jocks or delinquents hanging around there---
"Why did you call me to come over here ?"
When I heard that, I stopped dead on my tracks as I know well that voice belongs to Sooyoung. I went there quietly to eavesdrop on them
"Why won't you hang out with us ? Like, what's so special about that small circle that you kept on going back to ?? They're not suitable for you" one of the guys said
"Yeah, they're like super average. Come on and hang out with us. We're rich, popular and everyone would want to be with us. Pretty sure you are too" another guy said so
"I---"
"There's no need to say anything else Sooyoung. We know that you've always wanted to hang out with us and we're more than happy to welcome you" he cuts her off
I then heard a loud slap which made me startled
