Winnie slept on my lap while Emma slept on the bench across from us. Winnie sat up and yawned.
"Morning sunshine," I say. She rubs her eyes and runs her hands through her strawberry blonde hair.
"Are we almost there?" She whines. I look out the window.
"I'd say so but I'm not really sure," I laugh. She smiles softly and rests her head on my shoulder.

We sat in the great hall. It looked so different. It was dark and cold. Everything that made it joyous was gone. Snape stood where Dumbledor use to stand and explained to us what this year would bring and it was nothing good.
Everyone ate in silence under the stormy sky.
Winnie sighed. "This year is going to be terrible." She muttered holding back tears. I grabbed her hand and squeezed it. She looked into my eyes and I smiled and she smiled back.
