Today was a special day. It was y/n's birthday and the bakugo family along with class 1-A were excited to celebrate it. Little did they know the only one who didn't want to celebrate was y/n. Her past experiences with her birthday were terrible and she was scared something bad would happen like every year before. She was training in her room like normal. She didn't know that when she went to visit class 1-a there was a surprise waiting. Katsuki knocked on his little sisters door but grew worried when he got no reply. He opened the door and saw y/n training well deep in thought. He knew this was about her birthday but he didn't want to say anything about it .

Katsuki pov

I knew the squirt was worried about today. I'm trying everything to get this shadow of her past to go but it haunted her. She finally noticed my presence in the room.
"Onii-san? When did you come in?" She asked.
"Tch, a few minutes ago" i replied to her . She immediately began to apologize for not noticing me sooner.
"Are you ready?" I asked her. She smiled and nodded. I took her bag and put it on her back. We then walked out and as we walked she held my hand. I found it kinda funny how small her hand was compared to mine. Strange how i had my own life before y/n became my sister. I wouldn't trade it for anything else. I couldn't imagine a life without my little sister. (Bro Me heart when i wrote this ❤️🥺✨ it's bootiful)

Y/n pov

As we walked i was scared something would go wrong. This was a terrible day. Ms Ashley told me.... because it was the day i was born and i was a mistake. Did onii-san think i was a mistake?! Did he only look after me because mama told him to? Did he want to get rid of me because i annoy him? I felt sad i didn't like the feeling. I looked up and saw we were at the really big school. I followed onii-san to the class room and he let me go in first. I saw the class room was decorated and there was a big banner that said 'happy birthday y/n.' They threw a surprise party for me?

Y/n was shocked. Katsuki could see it .
" You like it kiddo?" He asked her. She smiled and tears fell down her face as she hugged his leg.
"Thank you onii-san and class 1-a!" She said happily. At that moment katsuki knew that her past no longer haunted her and that she knew she was loved and would be protected
