White was considered as an omega colour to show that they were pure and gold is to symbolise the happy day, because today is Jungkook and Jimin's golden day.
As for Jungkook he had to wear a traditional wedding clothes which must be black and gold. Black is an alpha colour to show power and strength which alphas were known for and the gold symbolisethe same thing as what I said in the above paragraph.
