Y/N's POV

First dates are always kind of scary, aren't they?

I mean... you have to make sure you leave a good impression on them as well as making sure they're having a good time or else it'll get awkward real quick...

...will I be able to give her a memorable first date? Only time will tell.

I look at my surroundings and notice all the Christmas decorations as well as the lights. Not to mention all the people running around doing some last-minute gift shopping.

I'm so glad I was able to buy Christmas gifts for all of my friends in time. I hope they all like what I bought them. Speaking of bought gifts, I take a small box out of my jacket. It's a nicely wrapped blue box with a blue rose attached to it. What's inside the box? Well...

5 months' worth of my CiRCLE paycheck I'm never getting back.

But it's all worth it if it's for her.

Yukina Minato has stolen my heart.

I'm just an average person who works at CiRCLE. I don't have any impressive qualities like her or her band. The day she walked into CiRCLE was one of the best days of my life, I just didn't know it yet. We had bonded over music, and I felt happy I was able to talk about music with someone with so much passion. At the end of that shift she asked me one question:

"L/N-san... will you fully devote yourself to Roselia?"

At first, I had no idea what that meant and so I answered halfheartedly. But over time I came to realize how much I enjoyed listening to their sound, their music and most importantly... her voice. So I wanted to do my best to be able to support them from the sidelines no matter what.

Over the next months I was able to hang out with them and see what kind of people they are outside of band activities. I was not only able to see what kind of people Sayo, Lisa, Ako and Rinko were, but Yukina as well. It was a lot of fun getting to know them, especially Yukina who seemed to have trouble opening herself up to others. I'm glad she can trust me.

Then one day at the end of their practice, Yukina came up to me with a very serious expression on her face.

"Oh hey Yukina, what's up?"

She said nothing as she pulled a box out of her jacket and gave it to me.

"Open it when you get home. See you tomorrow... Y/N."

She left with a smile on her face.

It took me some time to process what had happened but when I finally did I nearly choked when she called me by my first name. Previously, she had only been calling me by my last name, so I was very happy about that. When I finally did get home, I opened the box to reveal a bag of cookies as well as two sheets of paper. The first paper was addressed to me stating:

I want to thank you for truly staying devoted to Roselia. Your insights have not only helped me, but the other members as well. I cannot thank you enough for everything you've done to help us. The cookies here were made by me with Lisa's help... I hope you enjoy them. The other sheet is lyrics for a new song I'm working on... I want to know your thoughts about them.

And from that day forward, I realized I had feelings for Yukina.

Asking her out on a date took a long time. There were so many failed attempts, some not even being my fault but that's beside the point. But with the help of the rest of Roselia, I was able to do so.
