Lord Nobunaga presses his lips together, his jaw tense.

The gentle kindness in his eyes, that natural smile, it makes my heart stop for a split second.
[Me] "I'm glad I could help. . .".
[Nobunaga] "Do you believe you would die if you shared my bed?".
[Me] "That's a conversation for another time".
[Nobunaga] "What a shame. . .because I need you".
Those words are like a jolt straight to my heart.
[Me] "W-we could just hold hands. . .".
[Nobunaga] "Foolish girl".
He strides up to me, his gaze hungry and sharp.

As I blush, Lord Nobunaga looks at me skeptically.
