Personally: She is known as a ditzy, bubbly, cheerful, and dimwitted person who rarely gets angry, although she is very sensitive (hence the nickname bakugo gave her ) but in some ways the girl can gain a srike of confidence and snap back at anyone who apposes her making her the last person you wanna get into an argument with .

Quirk : Haru has water manipulation over anything and everything water related , that includes condensation in the air she can manipulate it to her will however creating powerful waves takes focus , additional things are water illusions since her body has 2x the amount of water that a normal human dose she can tern most body parts back into a liquid if she chooses .

Drawbacks : extreme dehydration when overused and headaches, to make up for all the water she uses she has to drink gallons of water every couple days (usually 2-3) but she often eats watermelon during the day so her water intake isn't too much.
