Nancy had always treated the patients, because she was a trauma surgeon and she always knew what to do in cases of emergencies. But in this case she couldn't remember quite anything, except for places and names.
"My name is Nancy Sapphire and I work at Emerald Stone Memorial. I think I was most recently dating Cole Sump, but that may have been put off. I can't seem to remember anything else." She said.
"Contact Emerald Stone Memorial and ask for a Nancy Sapphire." The doctor told a nurse. "My name is doctor Andrews, I am the neurosurgeon on your case." He told her.
"Neuro, huh? Why neuro?" She asked him.
"That's not what we should be talking about Ms. Sapphire. Do you know how you ended up in the building?"
"I chose trauma because of the rush and thrill of it, the way you could help someone who had been chopped up by a motor while fishing."
"Please answer my question Ms. Sapphire."
"I don't know."
He sighed. The nurse came back, "They said she took a leave for 3 days because of the loss of a loved one, then they tried contacting her for 5 days, they even got the police involved, so I called the cops."
