"Dani I can't believe you've driven me the whole way up here!" Beth leaned over and hugged her best friend who was struggling to keep her car on the road due to the fact she was trying to find her favourite CD as well as trying to reciprocate the hug which turned into a half hearted pat on the back more than anything.
"Just make sure we don't die before we get there okay." Came a voice from the backseat.
"Holly shut up I swear to god." The driver responded.
"What, I'm telling the truth you haven't even got your eyes on the road!"
"Stop being mad just because your girlfriend isn't here!"
Holly didn't respond. She instead kicked the back of the driver's seat.
"If you've got mud on the back of my seat I will stop this car and you WILL walk all the way home."
The girl in the backseat slyly brushed the mud off of the seat in front.
"HERE!" the brunette in the front seat screamed.
Dani slammed on the brakes and the car skidded to a halt in the middle of the road.
"Beth what the fu-" before she could finish her sentence the car was hit with a massive force causing all the girls to hit their heads.
Beth was the first of the trio to regain consciousness. Usually she'd be freaking out over the thought that her best friends were seriously injured but she wanted to check out how much damage the impact had made on her friends' car. She thought that maybe she pay for it to be fixed to make up for the fact that the crash was technically her fault.
She ungracefully climbed out of the car and stumbled backwards. Her head was throbbing. If Holly was awake she would have explained how she probably had concussion and recite a little story that wasn't that interesting. Most of the time her stories were boring, but in the end the other two girls always ended up learning a thing or two from them.
Beth inspected the back of the Fiat. The boot had been completely dented to the point where it looked like it couldn't even be salvaged. She put her face in her hands and turned around to catch her breath. Maybe, hopefully, when she turned back around it spontaneously would have fixed itself.
When she looked up she stared straight ahead and saw another car in even worse condition than her friends'. The black Range Rover in front of her had smoke billowing out from the crushed front bumper. She didn't know if the person in the car had been hurt but from what she saw, the airbag had been inflated. She hoped to god that the driver hadn't died. No amount of money could fix that problem.
She walked over to the passenger side of the car and peered in through the window. She couldn't see much and was struggling to make out the condition of the person in the car. All she could see was a head of curly brown hair.
The body wasn't moving. Beth let out a blood-curdling scream.
Dani and Holly were brought back to reality by the sound of screams coming from their best friend. They weren't quite sure what was going on but judging by the shriek it didn't sound good.
The girls' weren't the only ones brought back to consciousness. Suddenly the lifeless body in the range rover began stirring. It sat up right struggling for breath and looked slightly bewildered.
Beth had run back to Dani's car in the hope that she could try to revive her friends to tell them they had a murder on their hands. She couldn't dispose of it alone and she sure as hell wasn't touching the body..
The door of the range rover flung open and a boy fell out onto the street. At the sound of the door opening Beth turned back around just in time to make out the boys' face before it hit the floor.
She couldn't get a proper look but if he managed to open the door and fall out then he mustn't be dead.
She tiptoed back over to him and stared at the body on the floor for a few moments.
At this point both girls' in the Fiat were trying to piece together what had just happened. Holly immediately looked for her phone completely unaware that her best friend was missing. After a few moments of frantic searching she found it lodged between the headrest of her seat and the crushed boot. She stared at her phone for a seconds not quite knowing what she planned to do. Just then she looked up and saw her friend tapping a lifeless body with her foot.
"Dani." The girl nudged her friend while stuggling for breath. "Look, Beth's out there and she's kicking someone."
Dani, who seemed the most together out of all the girls stared in Beth's direction.
The boy began wriggling around on the floor before turning to lie on his back.
Beth had her eyes shut, too scared to open them in case the boy she was tapping was bleeding or hurt. She couldn't stand blood.
"DANI. DANI LOOK. I THINK THAT'S HARRY. WHY IS SHE KICKING HARRY STYLES!?"
"What are you on about don't be stu- HOLLY WHY IS SHE KICKING HARRY STYLES?!"
"uhhhh.." The boy began making noises.
Beth slowly opened her eyes.
Even though things were slightly blurry her brain was trying to piece together the face of the person lying before her. Suddenly it was as if something clicked into gear. She would recognize that face anywhere.
"oh my god." she took a step back
"Oh my gOD." The girl began screaming. Her mind slowly began processing the fact that one of her idols was lying before her with a bloody face. She had been kicking her idol.
"I am so sorry you dont even- I don't...are you okay?"
The boy cupped his face and sat up against the wheel of his car.
"Well your car crashed into mine and I passed out and came around to a girl repeatedly tapping me with her shoe so not really" Harry responded.
"Don't get rude, YOU crashed into US."
Beth couldn't quite believe what she was saying. She never thought she'd end up meeting her idol yet alone be starting an argument with him.
