~joscas pov~

It had been a few hours since she was gone and it's nearly midnight. I was getting worried so i went to the boys "otto hunter and jax i want to go look for her" they all agreed so we got on the horses and searched.

~jaxon-james pov~

We all separated and looked for demi-may it was about 2 now. I was about to give up when I saw a horse on the floor. It was a miracle I got off the prince and ran over to her. When i got closer i saw may there she looked cold i picked her up and put her on the horse and got home and put her in the front room i called the boys and they were back in minutes they all came running in i also called the other boys her mates to let them know they all said the be over that was about 10 minutes ago so the should be here soon. We were all crowded around demi-may and she laid there otto spoke "where miracle" i looked down at the floor "she got attacked" they all looked at me that's when harry spoke up "what we gonna do" zayn the spoke "we need to get her" hunter spoke "we can't she's basically dead" zayn the started shouting "DEMI-MAY LOVES THAT HORSE WE CAN'T JUST LET IT GO" that's when she woke up and looked at us "if you have to put her down instead of letting her be in pain" i felt a tear in my eye she loves that horse so much i laid down with her as she cried "zayn go she's gone" he looked at me picked the gun up from near the door and went 20 minutes later we heard a gun i looked at demi-may she was crying

~demi-mays pov~

Thats it my horse is gone i looked at jaxon-james "jj" "yeah" "do you know that horse died trying to save me its my fault she she's gone" i cried into jj as all the boys joined me.

~zayns pov~

The gun went of i shot her the cougar is dead i sat there on the floor with miracle i started talking i knew she was listening "hey miracle you gotta get um demi-may needs you okay that gunshot was for you but i couldn't do it you gotta get up she needs you back home come on up" after a bit of trying miracle ws up and i started walking her back. After a while i got back and im so lucky i listened to may i went in and got jj he did veterinarian he came out looked at me and then at miracle "i'm sorry i couldn't do it that horse means to much to her you know man" he hugged me and started to get to work i stayed outside in miracles stool with her all night to make sure she was fine.
