(Btw like everything is out of order. And there are some different events.)
~The day before arrival/ training day~
"I hope your ok with me bringing her back in." Felicity said.

"No I think she might be helpful." Oliver replied.

"Who?" Rene asked.

"None of us know her actual name." Diggle said.

"Her hacker handle and vigilante name is Brainwave." Felicity said.

"The Brainwave?" Curtis asked.

"Explanation?" Rory asked.

"She's a really good hacker and was in Central City when the particle accelerator exploded." Curtis said.

"She got the ability to control anyone as long as she has touched them. She got that from working at a morgue. We don't know anything else because when I tried to do a background check on her she fried the computers." Felicity said.

"Has she worked on the team before?" Evelyn asked.

"Ya. She was presumed dead, by this team when she left so that the media would stop talking about her." Oliver said.

"I don't actually know when she will be arriving." Felicity said.

"Ok be careful because she is one of the very few people that has taken Oliver down." Diggle said.

"Oh I so want to meet her." Rene said.

~Next day~

Everyone was in the Arrow cave and doing there own things. A few hours go by and the elevator was on its way down.

"Oliver isn't supposed to be here for a few hours." Felicity said. The team got ready to strike. When the elevator opened they tried but got blocked by a shield.

"Is this how you greet your old friends?" She asked as they all stopped to look at her.

"Lavender?" Rory asked.

"You know her?" Felicity asked.

"She was my childhood best friend. Was pronounced dead, then Havenrock happened. I lost everything." Rory said.

"Well well. Long time no see. Rory Regan." Lavender said.

"One of the new recruits knows the best hacker in the world!" Diggle said.

"Well Lavender, thanks for coming we have an issue."

"First off don't call me Lavender. Second what do you need?"

"He calls himself Prometheus. The media calls him the throwing star killer." Diggle said.

"Four victims and have nothing in common.
This is we're you come in. Your specialty in scrambling words, decoding anagrams, and overall mind better then Felicity's computer, is helpful." Oliver said walking out of the elevator. Lavender took a look at the names.

"The names are anagrams for different names. Peter Meld, Gay Eked, Sam Conahan, Tobias Church, make the names, Adam Hunt, Ted Gaynor, Palmer Cokes, Sachi Beech." Lavender said turning her back to the computer.

"Do they mean something?" Evelyn asked.

"They do to him." Felicity replied.

"There names on the list." Oliver said.

~Later~

"I think I know the message Prometheus is trying to send, your the serial killer." Rene said get out of his chair and walking away.

"So where have you been?" Rory asked.

"S.T.A.R. Labs." Lavender responded.

"And you're a medahuman?" Rory asked.
