The break in part 6

Abby!? What the fuck are you doing in my house? Aren't you supposed to be at the hospital?" Abby stood up rubbing her head. Bella noticed the gun hanging halfway out of Abby's pocket. Bella knew she had to get the gun from Abby.
"Ugh, my head is killing me," exclaimed Abby.
Bella told her to sit down on the couch. Abby didn't sit down she stood there mugging Bella She could hardly stand up because her head was hurting so bad.  She refused to sit down. Bella went into the kitchen to get her a glass of water.  Here drink this water Bella After Abby finished her glass of water, Bella asked her how she felt.
"I feel Terrible," she replied.
"That's why you need to be at the hospital; you're not well."
"Shut up, Bella! Tell me where Adonis is!" She yelled.
"He's not here I haven't seen him!" Bella replied.
Abby stood up, pulling out her gun and pointing it at Bella. She cried out,
"Ugh, my head! It hurts so bad!" as she slowly began collapsing to the floor.
Bella quickly grabbed the gun out of Abby's hand, just as an idea hatched in her mind.
"Come on, Abby! You need to rest, lie down here on the couch. I'll get you something for your headache." Bella went into the bathroom and grabbed some sleeping pills. She brought them back to Abby along with a glass of water. Abby took the pills and was fast asleep twenty minutes later. Bella quickly dragged Adonis's breathless body to his car and put it in the back seat. Then she got Abby and took her to the car. Before she drove off, she covered Adonis's body with a big blanket. She arrived at the hospital with Abby and changed into some of Abby's clothes. She then grabbed a nearby wheelchair and put Abby in it and began quickly wheeling her into the hospital. Bella left Abby sitting beside the nurse's desk and then quickly went back to the car. She pushed the seat back as far as she could and put Adonis's body in the front seat. Putting him in a sleeping position. She used her shirt to pick up the gun from the floor of the car and place it inside the glove department instead. Bella made sure she wiped the car down before she left. She walked six blocks and decided to call an Uber to take her the rest of the way home. She began cleaning up the house making sure that everything was in place and looked normal.
Two hours after Bella arrived home, the nurses found Abby.
"Oh, my goodness, Ms. Mason! Here you are, I have been looking everywhere for you these last few hours! Thank, God, I found you! Now let's get you back into bed. You are to hurt to be out of bed right now." Abby grunted as the nurse took her to her room and put her back into bed. The next day while the security guard was doing his rounds, he found Adonis sleeping in his car. He walked over to the car and knocked on the window, receiving no response. He opened the door to try and wake him when he realized that he was dead. The security guard didn't waste any time, he quickly called it in. Before long, the car was surrounded by cops, detectives, and an ambulance. A few hours later, detective Miles Ford walked into Abby's room and told her that they found her fiancé, Adonis Diamond, dead in his car outside the hospital in the parking garage. Abby screamed as the tears rolled down her face.
"Who would do such a thing to him?! Everyone adored Adonis!"
Detective Ford asked her to tell him about their relationship. Abby wiped her tears away as she told the detective,
"This may not mean anything, but he was dating Bella Blake. He cheated on her with me. He got me pregnant. She went crazy and tried to attack me! Adonis and I were in love! We made plans to get married! After he got me pregnant with the twins I'm carrying now, Bella wasn't happy about this news. She lashed out at me with threats while I and my daughter attended dinner at her home. Adonis invited me over so we could tell her together."
Detective Ford said,
"Wait a minute, Ms. Mason. Let me make sure I understand. You're telling me that your fiancé was living with his girlfriend through all of this?"
Abby nodded her head.
"Yes. detective, that's right, but Adonis told me that he was going to leave her."
"Ms. Mason, I don't mean to interrupt you, but this must have made you very angry. Your baby's father getting you pregnant again and still has yet to leave his girlfriend, Ms. Blake, to be with you? I know that must have made you angrier, to know he was still with her after getting you pregnant again. Mad enough to want revenge on Ms. Blake and Mr. Diamond?"
"No, it didn't! Bella kicked him out! I was there for him! If anyone wanted to kill him, it would've been Bella Blake! After all, she was the one being used and cheated on. When did he die detective?"
"Yesterday, I'm guessing. People say they saw him after you pushed Stella Blake in front of a car. You ended up here from an accident that was your fault."
Abby didn't say another word.
"Get a lawyer, Ms. Mason," detective Ford included as he walked out of the room.
Abby laid back on the bed with her hands on her head as she thought back to the moment, she realized that Adonis wasn't leaving Bella. They got into a huge fight about it. Abby was so angry, that she put a little poison in his food every day just to make herself feel better. When he came over for lunch and sometimes for dinner. Abby started to panic; she knew they would find the poison in his body when the Autopsy was done. Abby was already in trouble because of what she did to Stella. She had to find a way to pin it all on Bella. She knew it was going to be hard, but she was beyond determined to frame Bella. The thought of her going to jail was terrible. The next day, Bella heard a knock at the door. She was afraid to see who it was
