Nari and Naruto (Fanfiction)

Part 1: Newborn Twins

Before anything else I want to make clear that I DO NOT OWN ANY CHARACTERS AND PICTURES THAT ARE PLACED HERE IN MY FANFICTION. I GIVE THANKS TO THE ARTISTS THAT MADE THESE BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY TALENTED!

"Congratulations," the doctor told Kushina, while holding her clipboard. 

"Huh?," Kushina said while looking surprisingly at the doctor.

 She took another look at the paper work and smiled at Kushina. "Your due date works out the be, lets see, October 10th."

Kushina smiled happily, her cheeks rosy red. "Oh that's great!"

-At the house-

Minato walked out of the kitchen mixing something in a mixing bowl. "A baby?", he said with his eyes wide open.

"No, babies," Kushina said rubbing her stomach. "Two of them."

Minato's eyes opened wider. "I'm gonna be a father to two..."

"Mhm!," Kushina smiled excitely. "And I'm gonna be a mother." She ran to him and wrapped arms around his neck as they laughed happily. 

But soon Minato's laughed faded into a face of worry. He knew since Kushina was a jinchuuriki, when she gave birth to the babies that there was a chance of the beast sealed inside of her to escape. 

While she was preganant he asked his anti-social student Kakashi to keep an eye on her to make sure nothing happened to her in her current state. But by October 10th, they set out to the woods so that the lives of two newborns could be brought into the world under the threat of the beast. 

That night, it was cold and windy and there was ominous feeling in the air. So ominous that 6 year old Itachi could feel it. He watched his baby brother Sasuke while his mother and father were out. Their parents and many other skilled ninjas guarded Kushina and the village as she gave birth to her babies. And, as expected, Kurama saw this as the perfect chance to escape to chains humans had put him in.

When he escaped, he attacked the village and his revenge and hatred of humans caused many deaths that night. Minato, the proud father of two new born twins, casted the Eight Trigrams Sealing Jutsu, sealing the nine tailed fox in his own children and gave his own life as the sacrifice.

"Loud Fourth!", a junin ninja ran over to Minato to see a hole opened through the body of the fourth hokage from the sacrifice. 

"Lady Kushina!" another one yell as he held on the Kushina shoulders holding her upright.

The third hokage picked up the two little baby bodies of the newborns and held them carefully as he stood. "Take her to the hospital right away!", he told the ninja holding her. "Summon the medical ninja"

Kushina opened her eyes slowly. "Please lord third..."

The Third hokage ran over to her with the babies in his arms. "Kushina"

"I beg you", she started. "Please take care of our babies"

Lord Third nodded. "Yes, of course. You dont need to worry about that."

Kushina looked down at her babies. Both sleeping soundly with their rosy cheeks moving up and and down as they breathe.

"Their names are Naruto", she said pointed to the short yellow haired boy. "And Nari", she pointed to the baby whose hair was long enough to cover her face.

"Minato and I", she smiled up at the Third Hokage with her bloody mouth. "Together we picked those names out of the pages of Jiraya Sensei's novel.

"Nari and Naruto, you say?", he said looking down at the babies. "Very well. I'll take responsibility. But now, for the sake of your children, you must rest!" He looked back up at Kushina and gasped.

"Lady Kushina!," one of the ninjas yelled as her hand fell to the ground.

In her hand, Kushina held two hair bands. Both of them with a charm she made by herself and were orange in color. 

"Kushina...," Lord Hokage started. "I will keep my promise."

At the hospital...

The Third Hokage stood outside a glass window looking in at the babies in the glass/plastic boxes. The doctor walked in, touched each one of their chest to make sure they were breathing and left out. 

"Are they okay?," the Third Hokage asked the doctor as she came out of the room. "Yes, they are fine,"the doctor paused for a second. "But the parents...."

"I know", the Hokage said as he looked through at the babies again. "They did what they had to for their kids."

"The babies, "the doctor said trying to snap the Hokage out of his daze. "They are ready for visitors now. "

"Thank you", the Hokage said before walking into the room. 

He walked and looked at both babies. He slightly opened his hand to show the hair bands Kushina once had. A junin ninja came out of nowhere beside the Hokage.

 "What are we going to do with the babies, sir,?" the junin asked. "You cant possibly raise them and look after them 24/7. You are far too busy."

"I will do what I need to help them.", the Hokage said opening one of the hair bend in his hand. 

"In the ninja world, we all have losses. Some too late..." He walked over to Naruto and put one of the hair bands around one of his wrists, then walked over to Nari. 

"and some too soon." He opened another hair band and tied it around Nari's hair ever so gently, revealing her face. The same as naruto's but more feminine. 

"Some may see this as a disadvantage but in actuality ninja born with losses are made out to be the best ninjas in history." In his mind the Hokage thought once again. 'I will keep my promise'
