Part 6: Your true mission

'I finally have you'

*scream*

'There's nowhere to go now'

*hiss*

"Ah!" Naruto woke up in his bed, sweating and breathing hard. He runs to his mirror and takes a look at himself. 

"It was" He looked back at where he was lying, still breathing heavy. "It was just a dream."

Naruto walked out of his apartment with his hands behind his head, still thinking of the events that happened yesterday. 

'Love?'

Then an anbu with a cat mask appear in front of Naruto. "Ah!"

"Lord Hokage has requested to see you." The emotionless anbu said.

Naruto nodded while the anbu disappered. Naruto turned in the direction of the Hokage's Tower. 'I wonder what the old man wants.'

He was soon at the tower as he went past the lady at the desk who he knew didnt like him. He stuck his toungue at him as her eyes went wide in anger. 

He walked into the Hokage's office to see Kakashi sitting on one of the chairs in front of the Third Hokage's desk, while the Hokage puffed his pipe. Kakashi lazily looked over at Naruto then he closed his eyes. Naruto figured he knew why he was there.

"Hey old man, you called for me?"

The third hokage puffed his pipe and looked at the boy. "I heard you had a few problems with a civilian yesterday." 

Naruto hands went back down to his side as he sighed. "No different than any other day." 

"Then may I ask what you and that child we're talking about then." The Hokage lifted an eyebrow up at Naruto. 

Naruto eyes widened as he scratched his cheek. "Its hard to- Wait a second, how do you know I was talking to the kid."

Hokage scrathched his cheek and smiled awkwardly. "Eh, my anbu was in the area. But-"

The Hokage face went back to being serious. "I heard you were talking about your..family?" Naruto eyes look at the floor as he remembered the conversation with the boy the night before.

'Love'

"You know that bracelet that you promise you would never take off?" The Hokage gestered to the band on the boy's wrist. "About that promise, I'm-" 

"Its fine,  my boy." The Hokage put his hand up to stop Naruto from going on. "Do you wanna know where that band came from?" 

Naruto eyes lit up. He had it ever since he was a baby. Didnt the Hokage put it on him as kid? He had always thought it was some kind of tracking device for when he ran from the orphanage. 

Without being able to to speak, Naruto slowly nodded. The Hokage slid back in his chair and open a drawer under his desk. A few seconds later he put a rectangle piece of paper on the desk and pushed it to Naruto. 

"This will answer all your question. Who you are? Your parents. And your true mission." The Hokage backed up in his chair and Naruto looked at the paper. From the sun in the window he could see something else on the other side of the paper. He looked over at Kakashi, who tried his best not to look his way. He must have knew.

Naruto pick up the paper and flipped it over in his hand. Before he knew it, his face dimmed a little without knowing. The blonde man in the picture he saw was one he knew too well. "The Fourth Hokage?"

The sound of a chair scratching aganist the floor could be heard and a slamming door. Kakashi had left from the sound of his old sensei's name. 

"Yes, Naruto. The Fourth Hokage is your father." The Hokage smiled, it was one of sadness and relief, as he was finally able to tell Naruto the truth after all the boy's painful years. 

"But how....why?" Naruto gently put the picture back on the deak as the tears streamed down his face. "Why would he put a demon in his own child?" Naruto was now on his knees crying loudly. 

"Naruto!" The Hokage yelled ceasing the boy's crying. "Look at this picture." Naruto wiped away his tears and got up off the floor. "What do you see?"

After he got past the demon part, all Naruto saw was a loving father and a strong shinobi that would have done anything to save his people, without hurting anyone. 

"But he hurt me." Naruto says outloud. The Hokage sighs deeply. "Do you see that woman..over there?" The Hokage asked pointed his pipe at the picture.

Naruto looked next to his father at the red hair woman with a genuine smile on her face. "That woman is your loving mother, she was the sweetest woman you could ever meet" Naruto smiled sadly. "Unless you get on her bad side." The Hokage chuckled. 

He brought the pipe back to his mouth. "She is the one who gave you two those bands." He said. Naruto gasped and looked down at the band on his wrist. 'Love' he thought again. 

Then Naruto realized the Hokage's words. "What do you mean two? Did she give one to my dad too?" 

The Hokage realized his word and decided it was best to tell the boy the truth. "No, I mean you and your..." his words trailed off as he sat another picture on the desk. "..sister" He finished.

Naruto was taken aback by his word. "My..sister? I-I dont have a sister, no siblings." The Hokage nodded. "Yes that is what you were told. You ask for high ranking missions, but let me tell you of your true mission, Naruto"

 (971 Words) Sorry this one is a little short. And sorry I havent been posting as much lately...SCHOOL! But I hope you guys are enjoying bc this is gonna be interesting and will have a Part 2 of the whole book.
