𝑨𝒍𝒃𝒆𝒅𝒐 [𝗞𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘇] 🥀

 He was working on an experiment when Sucrose opened the door quick and yelled 

"Sir Albedo..! I- y/n ...they... "

"Sucrose..?"

"I-I think it's better you look for yourself..."

Albedo rushed pass Sucrose wondering what happened , she lead him to a room, which looked much like a nurses office. Albedo's heart skipped a beat as soon as he entered the room. He saw you lying there...weak , lifeless. 

"Y-Y/n?!" His voice cracked as he called out your name.

"Ah Albedo, your here. I'm sorry you have to see me in a state like this." You gave him a weak yet calming smile.

"Why- I- NO n-not yet...please...no..." he started crying  holding your hand tightly.

Your heart broke seeing him in a state like this, he was always calm and collected but now ...

"Albedo...please don't cry. Trust me we'll be together again soon. Thank you for always being there for me, spending time with me , I'm grateful to have someone like you in my life..."

And with that the hand that held his soon fell down, leaving the man in tears as he watched the body in front of him sleep peacefully.

"But...you promised we'd be together till the end...what am I going to do now?!"

Sucrose watched from afar , tears spilling from her face as she saw the state that her master was in.

Albedo was a mess, hair messed up, dress wrinkled , constantly shattering bottles and beakers.  Sucrose and Timaeus suggested him to get some rest, but he wouldn't listen . He figured that if he perhaps worked on experiments he'd forget the aching pain in his heart.

But of course it was useless.

He kept thinking about your face, your voice. Wherever he turned he could see you from afar, he couldn't handle it . Every time the door to his lab slightly moved he would think it's you and jump up , only to see Sucrose handing him notes.

He entered his house, no longer feeling your warm embrace as soon as he enters his home...

One night he went to a small cliff in dragon spine where you two always went for star-gazing...

"Albedo!! Look, a shooting Star!!"

"Theoretically, it is actually a meteor-"

"Hush! I know big-brain! Now go ahead, make a wish!!"

............

"Well? What did you wish for? Tell me!!"

"Hmm, if I told you my wish, it wouldn't come true now, would it?"

"Aww, you got me there  , alright alright . I hope it comes true! " You give him a smile that looked prettier than the stars.

He sighed , looks like his wish didn't come true after all...

"The stars look beautiful , if only you were there to enjoy them..."
