The pitter patter of the rain poured to the ground mercilessly, a clatter was heard against the spacious room

A young woman with H/c hair sat at the garnet couch elegantly holding a teacup, her eyes that were shining look at the red head man who seems to be the emperor's personal knight

"What brings you here my love?" The woman spoke looking at the knight with a soft smile a loud thunder came crushing in the sky "I finally gained my day off and it seems it would be worth spending it with you." Her eyes flattered by the reply of her husband making her heart skip a bit "why you flatter me Felix"

The said man just smiled at the lady in front of him finally taking a sip on his tea that would be getting cold moments later, the weather was really bad but it seems the pair find it rather comforting, a sigh escape the lady's lips as she lowered her head that starting to ache "How was the princess doing?"

"Ah Her Highness was doing great, she had told me she wants to meet you." Replied the knight, he was relieved that the lady didn't let the awkward silence led them, his smile never fading his lips. By how the lady acknowledge his presence and company even though they both were married but it seems they had lack of affection to each other because Felix would be to busy guarding his majesty while the other hand the lady is busy handling the politics for she is the daughter of the 2nd Duke and Duchess in the Obelian empire

"That's great to hear Felix." The wind seems to be getting stronger, blowing the trees massively earning a shiver ran down the h/c hair woman her plump lips were parted and took the knights chance to steal a peck on it making her smile softly, the knight finally notice the lady shivering from the cold "it's freezing come here"

He opened his arms for her to step in and finally the lady fell in his arms and ingulf his warmth "Y/n darling your cold" the flicker of the fire was soothing and Felix decided to come near the fire place putting the blanket in both their shoulder the lady put her head in his husband's broad shoulder with a half lidded eyes looking at the fire and her husband smiling at him she kiss his cheek and finally let herself be lost in her sacred sanctuary

Felix look at her wife a smile kissing her forehead "sweet dreams my love."
