My name is Addison Wilshire, the date of this journal report is November 15th, 1843. Today is my birthday and I have gotten this journal as a gift. My papa knows I love writing, this was a splendid gift! It is currently dusk so I won't make this long. I just turned thirteen today and it was honestly super exciting, my mum and papa saved up a little money to buy me this journal, it is beautiful. It is a red velvet colour with neat round stitched edges. It even came with my very own fountain pen! I have three containers of ink so I think I will be tidied up for a while.
