Chapter 1

Cana POV

It's been a month since I met (y/n), I decided to adopt him. It's sad though, he regressed to the mindset of an infant, but it might be for the best, his nightmares have stopped and he's sleeping a lot better. "(y/n) honey, where'd you crawl off to?" I said as I looked around for my rambunctious toddler, I finally found him under the bed chewing on his fingers, "There you are cutie pie." I said as I scooped him up, "Mama loves you, sweetheart." I said as I kissed his cheek, "NOW I SAY WE SHOULD GO OUT FOR A DRINK!" I said as we went down to the bar.

"Hi I'll have a barrel, and my son will have milk." I said, "A barrel? Of what?" the bartender asked, "What's the strongest thing you've got?" I said.

It was almost 4:00 am when (y/n) and I went back to our hotel. "I'm sorry sweetie. I should be better. I can't keep doing the same thing as I have been. Mama's going to be better." I said softly before I fell asleep next to him.

"Mama." I heard (y/n) say as I felt him shaking me, "Honey, please keep it down, mommy has a headache...wait did you just say, mama?!" I said as I shot up, "Mama." he said, "I'm so so proud of you honey bun!" I said as I pulled him close and hugged him. "CANA MY BABY GIRL GIVE PAPA A HUG!" Dad said a little too happily as he burst into our room. (y/n) clung to me shaking in fear, "Shh, it's alright, he's not gonna hurt us." I said, "DAD KNOCK NEXT TIME! YOU SCARED MY SON HALF TO DEATH!" I snapped, "Your son?" he said, "Yeah, I adopted him a month ago, he's a lot like me. We're both broken, but at least he's getting better." I said, "Cana, you're not broken. You're just damaged, and what's damaged can and will be fixed." he said, "Thanks, but I'm more focused on my baby getting him better." I said as I petted (y/n).

Dad got a room...right next to mine. "Dad it's really creapy that you had to get a room right next to ours!" I said, "So I just wanna be close to my family." Dad said, "My father is my stalker." I said, "Only because I love you so much." he said, "Plus I'd like to get to know my new grandson." he said.
