Devastated was an understatement for the young- but old- Slayer, as much as she wanted to help Lumine with the whole stormterror situation, she couldn't just leave her work alone and unfinished.

She saw a young lad with white hair and red streaks and maple theme outfit, trying to fight the demon that had attacked him, only for the lad to get more injuries.

The demon was clearly having fun, especially since the lad's attack were no use against him, if there's fire or a person with pyro vision, he may be able to defeat the demon.

With a sigh, she took out her sword and readied her stance.

Kazuha was known as a calm and polite lad, always handling such situation with a calm demeanor.

However, unlike other times, this may be the first time he ever struggle in life because of this unknown hideous looking creature that suddenly attacked him out of nowhere.

He shouldn't have been so confident, to think that he can fight the creature off.

Of course the creature had great advantage, it had some techniques that Kazuha didn't even know of and with its inhuman strength, Kazuha knew he couldn't win against this vile creature.

He soon widen his eyes, as soon as he caught a glimpse of shadow attacking the creature, killing it with a clean cut on the neck, making its head rolled down on the ground.

He was more surprised when he saw the creature turning into dust.

"Walking alone in the night is dangerous, especially when you know you can't fight the demon."

Kazuha was even more confused, what is a demon? Is it the same as an oni? Is that hideous thing a demon?

[Name] blink her eyes a couple of time, realizing that this lad didn't knew what a demon is. Mentally facepalming herself, she cleared out her throat and tried to explain it in an easy way.

"A-ahem. . . That ugly thing is like, uh. . . Cannibal person, but immortal. . . And bad," she mentally curse at herself for stuttering and for her awkward explanation.

Kazuha didn't even understand what she was saying, all he know is that thing was immortal and is a cannibal.

"Um- they're demons, somewhat like an Oni but more worse. Not only do they steal, they also eat humans, however there are some nice demons that wouldn't fight you, and finding a nice demon is a 0.999999% chance in your life."

[Name] deadpan when she saw the still confused look from Kazuha.

"You know what. Just- just go to Liyue and asked Katheryne about the demon."

"A-ah, okay. . . Thank you for saving me." With a hum, [name] didn't bother telling him her name and just left him there.

"Ah. . . She didn't tell me her name. . . " Kazuha pout, eager to know his saviour name.

That is, not getting her well deserved sleep.

She know that immortals doesn't practically need sleep, but not for her and her friend! Homie would always sleep whenever there's a chance, whether it'll be on a tree or on the very freezing part of dragonspine.

Hypnos and [Name] what an iconic duo. Personality wise, they're both very different.

Hypnos can be very chaotic, and [Name] can be both calm yet chaotic at the same time.

But both are very similar in a way, they sleep, eat, do mission, taunt someone, and repeat.

Everyone wonder how these two even become friends, who let them meet each other?

Their everyday target, which is the god of Fire, Zeffron. A very easily annoyed male, he is like a volcano, you can't tell when will he erupted. This Little shit would always curse those who let [Name] and Hypnos met.
