So basically...Dream has a weak Heart and dying while his two Boyfriends are spending time with each other and left dream out alone.

'Where are they?' Dream thought, 'They usually get home around 8-9pm'. Dream decided to wait a little longer...

20 minutes....

1 hour....

1 hour and 30 minutes....

"Where even are they?" Dream said to himself. 'Maybe they're doing something important, I'll just sleep'

—The Next Day—
Dream woke up, he looked around the room seeing nobody. Dream got up and decided to make breakfast.

"Sap! Stop it! Hehehe" He heard George laugh, "Oh hey guys" Dream said tiredly. "Oh hello dream, Good Morning" Said Sapnap and George.

"Where were you guys last night?"
"Oh we were just on a date"
"Yeah, sorry we didn't invite you, we can't afford a date for us three."
'but you guys always got on a date every week without me..' Dream thought. "Oh... That's okay, By the way what's for breakfast?" "Oh yeah! It's egg and bacon, we gotta go somewhere. See ya!" George said.

"Wait! Where are you going? and aren't you guys gonna eat breakfast?"
"We'll buy groceries and We already eat breakfast"Sapnap said. 'They always eat without me' Dream thought.

Just when Sapnap was about to open the door, "We'll be back for a few hours" he said then close the door. while dream is just looking at them with his eyes full of jealousy. 'Not even a goodbye kiss...'

'Why are they always going somewhere without me? Do they not like me anymore?...
No dream! Stop overeating!!!...
I still need to see my doctor for check up'

By that, Dream got up and decided to go to the Hospital for his check up
———Time Skip———
Dream's POV:

"Dream your heart is getting weaker you need to stay in the hospital for a few days for tests" My Doctor Niki, frowned. "But doc, I need to go home. Sapnap and George are waiting."

"But dream, you need to tell them so that they can take care of you" Niki insisted.
"Niki...I don't wan't them to worry, I don't wanna be a burden to them" I said sadly. "I understand, I don't wan't to force you for telling them, it's your choice after all" Niki said Smiling.

"Thank you"
"By the way, Here." Niki handed me a receipt and pills.
"You need to take your meds."
"Thanks again" I said and wave Niki a goodbye.
———An hour ago———
Sapnap and George's POV:

"We're Home!" Sapnap shouted.
They looked around and saw dream wasn't around.
"Dream?" George Asked.
"Dream! We're here!" Still nothing...
"Where is he anyway?" George questioned.
"Nevermind him let's go cuddle"
"But the groceries, we need to arrange them-'
"Let dream do that and let's go!"
"Ughh fine"
———Present———
Dream's POV:

After I got home, I realized that they are already back.
I noticed the grocery bags are on the floor...
"Sap! Goerge! Why is the a grocery bag on the floor!?" I shouted.

"Be useful for once and arrange them!" Sapnap shouted.
"Yeah dream! Stop being lazy" George shouted.

'Of course... says the one who always sleep'
I slowly kneel down and grabbed the bag and started to arrange the goods.

———Time Skip Months later———
Dream's Condition is getting worse and he's heart is getting weaker and weaker, and having a heart attack from time to time.
They left all the housework to Dream.
Doing Laundry, Dishes, cooking and more while his Boyfriends is just going on dates without him. And not even helping him the chores
