Summary : Just a little story about Takumi and Fumino getting together

It was just your average day at the Stray Cats Confectionary and by average is meant absolutely nothing was going on except for the fact that Fumino came to visit Takumi using the excuse that despite them being typical childhood friends they don't hang out together enough,it made Takumi very glad that Fumino would suggest they hang out,glad indeed.
Takumi suggested they take a walk around the city for a small while as they have yet to plan for something to do,it was a nice day in the city,there weren't as many cars as usually were, Takumi wondered about the roundabout way Fumino suggested they hang out,but naturally he knew he was the one who told her to be not straightforward with her thoughts.
He remembered he'd told her to act like a Tsundere when they were younger,and that thing where she always told people that they should die twice,that was also his doing,he wondered if he should have reiterated his comment when they were so much younger,it causes some problems with the forward momemtum of the type of relationship he wished they had.
"So where do you wanna go today?"
Takumi asked as he turned to Fumino
"I feel like maybe watching a movie."
Fumino suggested turning to Takumi
"A movie it is then"
Takumi says glad for the idea
They enter the mall and wonder around for a bit to first figure out which movie they were going to watch,Takumi suggested Action and Fumino suggested Comedy,they settled on Action Comedy,kind of like the "Bad Boys" franchise,Takumi really wanted to hold Fumino's hand but he was afraid her violent tendencies would flare up.
They got into the theater and got seated,the movie is about a cop who always flops on the job but despite that has not gotten fired yet,it was funny enough and there was tons of action in the movie,a classic car chase,a shootout and the bad guys finally getting caught in the end from funny enough one of the cop's mistakes,it was great fun to watch.
Finally when they got out of the theater both were still laughing because of the movie's ending,after they had their little laugh they went to eat out,Takumi ordered a burger and some fries while Fumino ordered Chicken Snitchel with some calamari,

hey ate their food in peace while engaging in small talk occasionally, Takumi then asked something.
"Do you remember that day that you said the reason that Nozomi left is because she knows that you like me?"
Takumi asked out of the blue.
"Yes but I also remember reiterating and telling you that that is not how it is,do you remember that?"
Fumino reacted suddenly blushing.
"I want you to tell me the truth,I want you to be completely forthright with your feelings for a change please."
Takumi said with a serious look.
"Fine,I like you okay?! I've been bottling it up all this time but it's hard to be honest because of how I am."
Fumino answered loudly,her face hot.
"See? That is what I wanted to hear from you,the truth is,I like you too, always have,anyway let's leave."
Takumi said wanting to go somewhere more private for their chat since people were staring,they signalled the waiter,paid and went to a lake nearby where they stopped.
"Now that not all eyes are on us I want to ask you this,will you be my girlfriend Fumino?"
Takumi asked,he hoped upon hope that Fumino would actually say yes,he really loved her and wanted to be with her
"I've had these feelings for too long,I can't hold them any longer,so you know what?yes I will be your girlfriend,Takumi."
She answered honestly
"Can we kiss? I mean we don't have to if you don't want to considering we just got together and all."
Takumi asked slightly blushing
"You know what,I'd love that"
Fumino answered honestly,they leaned in slowly and kissed for a few seconds and then parted as their hearts beat in sync.
"I love you,Fumino"
Takumi said while still blushing
"I love you too Takumi,I always have"
Fumino finally confessed.
Later when they got back to the Stray Cats Confectionary everyone was waiting for them,they gave them the big news and Takumi's two friends were in disbelief that the two finally got together,they always wondered when they'd get together,
Nozomi was totally extremely happy for
Takumi and Fumino,Chise begrudgingly congratulated them considering her own feelings,Takumi and Fumino held hands standing close to each other.
