Chapter 3

I kept running not listening to my burning lungs pleading for air, the only thing I was focused on was to find Kagome and save her, I won't let her be killed over this jewel, plus if Inuyasha found out I just let her die he would have my head.

I reached a clearing in the woods, when I was in the middle my knees buckled and I fell to the ground, I put my hand on the ground to kept me up, I got up into a kneeling pustion, I was breathing heavily, my chest going in and out at an inhuman speed, my heart was beating so fast I could hear it in my ears. Small beads of sweat made there way down my face, I wiped them away with the sleeve of my kinomo, after a few minutes I caught my breath, I careful stood up, I heard footsteps behind me, I turned around and saw Yukio along with the people who had the same uniform on, I also saw the class with him, they saw me standing in the clear and made their way over.

"Y/n you can't just run off like that no matter how angry you are" Yukio scolded

I rolled my eyes

'He really thinks I ran like that all the way here just because I was angry' I thought

"I didn't do that because I was angry" I snapped at him

I'm on my last nerve right now with Kagome being kidnapped my Sesshoamru and then thinking I was angry and would run away.

He was going to say something but was cut off by a chuckle

I growled knowing the chuckle anyway

"You damn mutt" I screamed

"I see you brought friends" he said amused

"They followed me" I told him

"I don't care do you have what I asked for" he asked

"Maybe how about you come out and bring Kagome so I know you haven't hurt her you mutt" I said with venom

I saw him jump from where he was hiding in a tree with Kagome with her hands behind her back.

"Y/n don't give him the jewel" she screamed

"If she doesn't then you die" he chuckled

I took a deep breath

"I'll make a deal with you" I told him

"You really think I'll make a deal" he laughed

He was right he never made deals unless it's in his own terms

"Give Kagome back and I'll give you the jewel" I told him

"No don't Y/n you can't, run and get as far as you can from him" Kagome pleaded

He thought for a moment

"Fine"

He pushed Kagome forward and she ran to me

"Kagome get behind me" I told he while I handed her the jewel

She nodded and went to the group

"Who is that" I heard someone yell

I couldn't tell who it was and right now I didn't care, the only thing that was going through my mind was to keep Kagome and the jewel safe no matter what it takes.

"I gave her back now give me the jewel" Sesshoamru told me

I took out the necklace that was a fake, I walked over to him and handed him the necklace.

"Thank you know I'm sorry but I'm going to have to go back in our deal" he tells me

'I knew he would do this but I thought he wouldn't'
