As I walk down the narrow halls of the seemingly well-lit castle, with stylish windows scattered generously across the walls in a seemingly random pattern, Huge statues of heroes and kings decorate the halls. The castle looks newly built, but without knowing its history it's impossible to tell if it's a newly built castle or just a well-kept one.
As I approached the tall wooden doors of the throne room, The guards standing at each side dragged the door wide open to reveal metal blow used to burn charcoal for rituals at the bottoms of each of the eight soapstone columns, light up the entire throne hall and engulf the throne hall in a brilliant glimmer. The detailed golden patterns on the domed ceiling dance in the flickering light while memorials look down upon the slate floor of this opulent hall.
A lilac rug runs from the throne down through the center and splits into two paths leading out while rectangular banners border the walls. Between each hangs a lantern, all but a few have been lit.
Grand, stained glass windows picturing late royalty are shrouded by curtains colored the same lilac as the banners. The curtains have been adorned with brightened corners and impressive needlework.
A grand throne of silver sits beneath two overlooking statues of legendary beasts adjoined by two seats for visiting leaders.
The throne is covered in divine inscriptions fixed on each of the elegant armrests is a gemmed petal. The thin pillows are a light lilac, these too have been adorned with emblazoned tufts. As I make my way into the room I am met with Ivan Harvey, he was in my father's Cabinet. I don't know how he got this title. He is more of a royal advisor and not a very good one; he almost Caused a war for sleeping with the duchess of Barviel.
Now when i hear this i had two questions one, how in god’s name did he get the duchess to sleep with Him and two, how is he still alive i mean if it were any other person they would have been hanged for there sines so why wasn’t he, i had seen the now late queen do it all the maids father took to bed with him including my one mother, so why when it comes to him theres is no punishment.
I think it is because he knows something that I don’t know but I intend to find out.
As I get closer I take in his creepy demeanor, stand not too far from him wondering what he could want, looking everywhere but his dead icy blue eyes he finally speaks.
“brilee , brilee, brilee” he say longingly “ you know i alway thought you were a beauty, just like your mother”
“Do not speak of my mother ivan, what do you want” i Reply Firmly now looking him in the eyes
“And what will you do about it little girl” he yells in my face as he takes a step closer.Standing my ground I take a step closer as well matching his height.
“You might Scare everyone ivan but I know your dirty little secret and I'm not afraid to tell everyone “ I whisper to him With a devilish smile as I walk away a look of shock washes over him .
Now time to find out what he is hiding that is so bad that he can't have anyone knowing.
And where do you go when you need information?
The servants.
They know everything about everyone in the castle, They're alway Gossiping And I know just the person to ask. Paige Dixon, my lady in waiting.
She knows everything that happens in this castle, from bad deals to every maid Tristan has slept with.
As I make my way back the way I came towards my room A fairly large shield with a symmetrical double outward curving top and the asymmetrical long pointed bottom is supported by a phoenix and a fish. All of which rests on a monolith.
A large crown, or coronet, rests atop the shield, it's a crown of crosses, it has a cashmere cap and an abundance of different gems decorate the outer sides.
