Chapter 13 : Wicked Whisper

Mayuri had surprisingly not uttered a single word after we kissed. Did I overdo it ? Did I force myself on her ?

Well it was unpredictable as she said..

Anyways, we jumped out of the portal. Snigdha was still alive but she looked troubled.
"Mayuri !!", she said she hugged her. Mayuri seemed unmoved though. She was still lost in whatever thoughts she was having.

Aditya came running towards us. He was still normal.
"Snigdha.. I'm sorry about everything..", he said as he walked towards the girls.
"Aditya stop ! Please !", I instructed. But he didn't stop. The strange white aura surrounded him again. I tried to kick him off but he countered it with a cross-kick.

He pulled away Snigdha from Mayuri's arms and hit her into the wall. That's when he noticed something.
"Where's your infinity ?!", he demanded.

"Here it is", Mayuri smiled as she held both of the zero infinities in her hand and joined them. "Come and get it."
I joined her and fought against him. I hurled my karate attacks at him whereas Mayuri tried to restrain him using her powers.

We quickly overpowered him and took away his negative infinity. "If we take away this negative infinity from him, Aditya will turn back to normal. Right ?", Snigdha asked.

"I hope so", I said but I soon noticed the white aura around him getting thicker and thicker.
"It's a parasite.. I can't live without it", Aditya started groaning. "I want the negative infinity. I can't survive without it.."
"Aditya, you need to beleive in yourself. You have to believe in our love", Snigdha held Aditya's hands abruptly.

"Wait, don't !", Mayuri warned but it was too late. Snigdha's eyes turned white too. She punched Mayuri and snatched her Zero infinity. Aditya took advantage of this and kicked me away too.

"Aditya, try to understand. This is just using you. It's turning you into a monster !!", I told him. Snigdha turned normal again as Aditya threw her away. Mayuri fell down because of the impact but tried to stand up again.
"Please. I love you Aditya.. we can have a normal life..", Snigdha ran towards him. But Aditya held her throat.
"You don't get it. I have everything I want ! I have power now. I can assert dominance over my parents. I don't need anyone's validation anymore. And I didn't love you !"

"What are you-"
"You were just too irresistable. But now you are useless", he roared as he tightened his grip. Her neck literally burst as blood splashed everywhere.

"This.. this is too cruel", Mayuri gasped as she lost her balance.
"Darling, you don't have any idea about cruelty yet", Aditya walked towards me.

"You are a monster ! I thought I could help you ! You you-", I said as I gripped the positive and negative infinities.
"Looks who's saying this. The one who harbours a ferocious monster inside himself. Any idea how much chaos you had caused last year ??", Aditya confronted me.

"I don't know what you're talking about", I said as I got into a defensive stance.
"I'll show you directly", Aditya grinned as he edge kicked me. I blocked it and went for a snapkick. But he countered it as he landed a punch on my face.

He smashed my head over his elbow as he gripped my neck. I tried to get out of his hold, but he kicked my spine rendering me paralysed. "Arghhhhh!!!!!"

I couldn't move. He had broken my spine..
He had already broken my arms. I couldn't move them to my back to heal it.

"Mayuri dear, you wanted to know about cruelty right ? And Vedant you wanted to know about the monster inside you right ?", Aditya thought for a second and said, "I have an idea, I'll awaken the monster inside Vedant by giving him an insight about chaos.. yeah that'll work. Won't it Mayuri ?"

Mayuri was unmoved. She couldn't process Snigdha's death. Aditya walked towards Mayuri as he continued laughing.

Aditya moved up his hand as the Zero infinity transformed into a blade. "Let's start. Let's unleash chaos !", Aditya moved the blade towards her. I tried to heal my arm quickly, I still had both the infinities with me. I could still kill myself and go for another try. Another timeloop.

Mayuri screamed. But she wasn't dead. What was Aditya-
That's when I noticed it. The sight was horrifying. Aditya had ripped off her clothes and had started to cut through her skin.

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING ADITYA ?!", I yelled.
"Giving you both an idea of chaos. The chaos I'll shower over the world once I kill both of you", Aditya said as he turned to Mayuri again. "You were so adamant about getting your puberty right ?! About these ?!"

He continued to cut through Mayuri's skin as Mayuri's screams filled the environment. I quickly healed my arms as I put my palm over my spine. QUICK. HEAL FASTER !

"Unleash that monster inside you Vedant ! I know it's waiting to get out", Aditya smirked.
"ARGHHH.. NO VEDANT NOO.. YOU CAN'T LET IT OUT !!", Mayuri protested.

My spine healed. I moved cautiously towards him and kicked off the Zero infinity from his grip. I jumped up and turned both the infinities into blades. I thrust both of them into Aditya's chest.

"Hehe.. I knew you would kill me.. but there are others like me out there.. who want you to unleash the monster inside you.. they'll use her again.. what will you do ??", he asked as he gasped for air.
"I will fight them again... I'll continue fighting them till I die", I said as I saw Mayuri bleeding from her chest. It was a dreadful sight. She pointed her eyes. There were no tears left to shed.

"This will never end..", he said as he pointed towards her. "I just say it was fun punishi-"
I didn't wait for any other word. I stabbed him again. But while doing so, I felt something in me overpowering me. "I succeeded. I unleashed the monstaa"

I signalled Mayuri to stab me too as I lost control over myself. I felt sharp pain in my throat as I blacked out.
