Picture this.. sunny skies. Laughing, smiling all around you. Well for Daila, it was the complete opposite.
It was the first year of college for her, raining as she was driving herself to the college she never thought anything of what the dorms were like or of grades in college.
After a 1 hour drive she arrives and sees everyone walking inside of the dorm building. She follows through and walks in with them. She sees a woman that looks older than herself and giving out the keys to the dorms.
Daila walks up to the older lady and the older woman asks "Hello darling, Whats your full name?"
Daila tells the woman her full name and gets her keys. She runs to the elevator as its almost closing, A boy her age keeps the door open for her
She says "Thank you" Then they both end up at the same door. Daila questions him "We're in the same dorm???" She says as she looks at the boy and tilts her head. He looks at her key number and then looks back at her and nods. "Yea seems so" Both awkwardly look at each other as the elevator dings, they both walk out and into the hallway and to the dorm, where the dorm door is, he unlocks the door and we walk in the dorm. He looked around "wow, nice I guess" he walked and chose a room which is the smaller one since he didnt bring so much room decor, he closed a door and left Daila, alone.
