Beyoncé dragged her feet along the snow as she walked into the snowy park. She sat down her backpack and sighed.
"God Beyoncé, Whyd you choose to do this! You're 17. You're not ready to be on your own." She said to herself while grabbing her phone.

The time read 8:02 PM. She was in an unknown part of Houston.
She was cold, alone, and and most of all...Afraid.
"Miss the park is closing." The park ranger spoke as she sighed.
"I'm sorry, okay." Beyoncé said while packing her things up.
"I can drive you to a nearby café. The owner and I are good friends." He spoke up as he reached his hand out.
"That'd be amazing, th-thank you." Beyonce said as her body shook from all of the chills.
He led her to his car which was filled with holiday lights.
"This is so adorable." She chuckled while sitting down.
"Thank you! My kids and I decorated last night."
"I bet it was fun."
"It surely was. No one's ever been at my park this late."
"Long story..."
"Oh I see... A teenager who ran away?"
"How'd you know?"
"Because I ran away when I was around your age. I lived in a small house in Nevada with my parents."
