Naruto pov

Waking up I rubbed my eyes and brushed my hair back uncovering my eyes from the light blinding me from my curtains. I lazily stumbled over to close the curtains quickly. With my newfound sight, I walked over to my nightstand and checked my phone. Seeing as it was now 9:40 I silently praised myself for not waking up past 12 but that newfound self-satisfaction was soon crushed when I saw messages from an unknown number. Quickly I pushed on the messages to see a string of texts ranging from 7 to 9 am,

"Hey this is Sasuke"

"I'm thinking maybe 10 for our date today"

"Wear something casual"

"Hello?"

"send me your address"

"Wait nvm ive seen you go home from school I know you live"

"Helllloooo are you awake"

Seeing those texts I lazily responded with,

"Ok see you then"

Standing up I walked to my door before I quickly woke up from my drowsy state

"Wait, 10 as in in 15 minutes!" With the realization that Sasuke was going to be here in 15 minutes to pick me up, I sprung up and hopped in the shower. With 10 minutes left I picked out my usual orange jumpsuit and headband. And with only 5 minutes to spare I poured the boiling water into my ramen and eagerly waited for it to be ready. 

And just like that 3 long minutes went by. It may have taken 3 minutes to boil but I'm gonna finish this in way less time. I grabbed my ramen and ate. Right as I was proudly slamming my ramen bowl on the table I heard a knock on my door. Hmm, who could that be? Halfway to the door I suddenly realized, wait that Sasuke... And I have ramen all over my face.

"H-Hold on ill be right there." I said trying to sound as nonchalant as I could"

"Hurry up!" I heard Sasuke yell. Wow, he's so impatient I thought as I rolled my eyes well walking to the kitchen to find a napkin.

Sasuke pov

Damn, I can't wait to go on this date with naruto. All I could think about was naruto well I walked out of my house to go to naruto's. I wonder if he will like the date I have planned? All I wanted was to think about naruto well I walked but it was kinda hard to do that when I have these fangirls ogling over me all the time.

"Can everyone please stop staring at me!" I said in my casual deep voice, many may not even hear the excitement and anger under my yells. It's not like they want to understand me anyway. They just like me for my money and power. But naruto never hesitates to yell or hit me, unlike the others. I completely zoned out and before I knew it I was at naruto's house! 

Before knocking on his door I made sure to make sure my clothing was tucked in and looked good. As I put my ear to naruto's door I could hear loud slurping coming from inside. I chucked to my self knocking that it was him hurrying to eat breakfast. I suddenly realized that I was not doing what I came here to do so I quickly knocked on his door clearing my throat in the process.

"H-Hold on ill be right there." As expected the dobe was not prepared but that's, not a problem because I knew this was going to happen from the beginning.

"Hurry up!" I screamed trying to sound as annoyed as possible. And a few moments later he appeared in all his glory wow he looks amazing I couldn't help but think as I looked him up and down from his spiked golden hair to his open-toe shoes.

"Hey dobe, are you ready to go"

"As ready as ill ever be he responded in his laidback voice that sounded like he didn't have a care in the world.

"Your as carefree as ever" We started to walk next to each other down the street and as I looked at his hand as I reached out.

"Yeah well your as cocky as ever" he spat back as I quickly retracted my hand, maybe it was a bad idea anyway. I had decided a few days before that I wanted my first date with Naruto to be somewhere special that he would remember and I decided that that place had to be, the forest.

"Well come on hurry up" he yelled back at me as he ran in front of me blocking my view. For a moment time went still and all I could focus on was the guy in front of me. His hair fluttered back, I could see the smile that spread across his face. I wish this moment would never end.
