The moon is shining
like it never did before.
The raindrops drop
and the birds can't be heard.
I feel like I belonged here
a long time ago,
but not anymore.
I think we design our destiny;
our faith.
There are no coincidences,
this is all planned out.
So what will my future bring to me?
For a moment I thought
I had lost myself
in your hands.
It was so scary but
I know better
than to drive you home.
You'd invite me in
and I'd be yours again.
So I went my own way.
I found the sun, the warmth
and the tuning birds.
So peaceful not to know
what might come.
I decide what will come
and I'm going to make
the best out of it.
Can't wait to meet her;
the future new me.
