WEAKNESS: attack the flesh parts. It is also blind
STRENGTH: smell and hearing, and jumping
HEIGHT: taller than the average human male
DIET: blood and flesh, especially juicy parts (such as fat)
APPEARANCE: scabs are grown over its eyes, which caused complete blindness. On its left hand, a sharp bone mutated into a weapon on the knuckle, the length stops at its knee. They're covered in scabs and gross red but some parts of flesh are uncovered and are their weak points
NOTES: their hearing can be compared to wolves. You'd have to be a super agent to her past these things. They show up very little around the city, but there are part where they do and runners/scouts tend to avoid these parts.
DNA: mutated DNA, such like the Twins mutation, but it's possible that it was an athletic person who would turn into these things.
