Chapter 3 - On One Condition

In the year 2017 :

On the day when Karthik's family visited Priya's home to ask Priya's hand to Karthik. Nithya 'parents asked Nithya to get dressed up in a Saree. Nithya was confused to why her parents are asking her to wear saree all of a sudden but she dint question them back and she got ready to visit Priya's house. Once the visited Priya's house everyone was happy with the alliance and Nithya was very happy that finally everything is gonna be alright for her brother and her best friend as they both will be finally getting married. But to Nithya's shock her parents put forth a condition that they will get Karthik married to Priya only if they get there son married to Nithya and Priya's dad accepted the proposal.

Nithya MV:

I was out of words and I dint understand what was going around me. Never in my wildest dream I thought there will be a day that my parents will fix my marriage with Arjun. Yes I was happy that I will get married to my crush or you could even say the one I love / I owe my life but on the other hand I was worried about Arjun. I know he will leave everything his career his happiness and everything for Priya and his family. But I can't let it happen. He can't loose his everything just fo the sake of this marriage. So I decided to take up Arjun's side. It doesn't matter to me will I get married to him or not but his happiness matters the most to me . If this marriage will happen then it will happen only for his happiness.

So I decided to put forth this one condition to get married to Arjun

Nithya to Kumar appa (Arjun's dad) I am ok with getting married to Arjun but on one condition.

Kumar : Yes tell me what is the condition let me see if can accept it or not

Nithya : Appa I am getting married to Arjun only if you accept it and the one and only condition which I have is if Arjun wants to continue his acting career after our marriage no one would stop him from doing it and no one will let him know about this condition.

Appa I know he will surely accept for this marriage for the sake of Priya and our family but he will surely leave back everything which gives him happiness. As you all know he loves his family above all but if he leaves all just for you he will never be happy. All I want him to be happy. He is the one who saved my life, my respect, my everything. Today I am safe and secure just because of him and I am sure he doesn't even remember it. This is what I can do for him in return. I want to give him the happiness he deserves. Appa please accept this for him.

Kumar : Ok Thangam I accept your condition but he should come and tell me that he wants to continue his acting and also that you are ok with him being an actor and I know he needs sometime to restart his acting career until then will let you what you both will do.

Nithya : I am ready to do anything for our family happiness appa and Arjun's happiness means alot to me.

Kumar : I am glad that I made the right decision of choosing you as my daughter in law. Arjun is the luckiest to have a wife like you Nithya.

Nithya just nodded. Then everyone were ok with her condition and all left very happy for the love and care she has on Arjun.

With all the other discussion Priya and Karthik marriage along with Arjun and Nithya's marriage was confirmed.
