That I was excited is a big underestimation, I never had a date with a boy, so all I could think about was the date. While I sat in class I only thought about what I could wear. 'I hope he is not some kind of creep' I thought while my excitement grew from minute to minute. Kenma, one of my best friends, set next to me and watched me getting even more nervous while giggling at my actions. "calm down Shoyo, it is just a date". "JUST A DATE?!" I whisper-yelled, "This is my first date ever with a boy" I whispered back, Kenma just laughed noiselessly. I knew he had his fun over my problems, so I just sighed.

At the lunch break I sat together with Kenma, Yamaguchi, Noya and Suga and tried to forget my tension for the date. 'Just a few more hours...' I thought and checked if I had messages from KittenManiac, but there were none. 'hmm, maybe that's normal?' I only knew how my ex-girlfriends were before a date, and they always wrote some messages. 'maybe I am the female part in a Boys relationship...' I thought and sighed. "What is wrong Hinata" asked Suga and I made a jump. "oh I am just very anxious about the date, that's all" I answered and let out a laugh. "Just do not overthink Shoyo!" said Noya and gave me a fist bump at my arm. "yeah you are right, but I can't help it" I said and stood up. I said bye to my friends and went back home to get a shower and a change before the date.

Out of the shower I took a dark grey hoodie and some black skinny jeans. I took my wallet and my phone, put on my black jacket and left my flat. It took me only 15 minutes to walk to the Café. On my way there I checked my phone and saw the message from KittenManiac in that he told me that he is already there and that he got us a table. He also asked what I would like to drink and I answered him, that I would like to have a milk coffee. I hurried to the Café and entered. I could not miss him because he was the only customer at that moment. I walked over to him and greeted him "uhhh h-hi KittenManiac?" it sounded more like a question than like a real greeting. He looked up and smiled at me. "hey, no need to be so nervous" he said and chuckled lightly. I sat down across from him and smiled back. "Thanks for the coffee, uhhh..?" "haha, my name is Hotaru Yuki" he said. "ahh, okay. Tanks Hotaru" and gave him a big grin and took a sip from my coffee. "my name is Shoyo Hinata by the way" I said and looked in his eyes. "nice to meet you, Shoyo" he answered and smiled lightly.

The date went on and at the beginning it was really cool, but about an hour later, Hotaru began to talk about his cat nonstop. Hotaru told me his cats name is Luna and showed me a ton of pictures of her. He ranted on and on, and after some time I got boring and just smiled and nodded instead of really listening. 'huh, that is how the others felt back in High school, when I talked about Volleyball nonstop, right?' I thought and chuckled. I did not know that at this point he told me about a surgery his cat had and that he was worried sick. He glared at me and I was confused 'shit, I should just have listened, then I would know why he is mad'. After a few seconds of glaring he began ranting on again and I really tried to listen, but it was so boring. At 6pm we said our good byes and I was very glad that I can go home.

Back at home I made me something to eat and put on an anime about superheroes that attends some kind of hero school. A few minutes Later I heard a 'ping' and got my phone out to look at the notification.

Sho:

Uhhh yeah....

At first it was very interesting and he was very sweet...

Noya:

But? :D

Sho:

After an hour he began to nonstop talk about his cat

And I think that I made him mad 😅

Suga:

How and why? Oo

Sho:

Uh, after a while I got boring and stopped listening to him..

I think he told me something serious but I was deep in my thoughts and chuckled

And then he glared at me for like 30 seconds...

After that he just talked like nothing happened

So almost like you, when you talked about Volleyball xD

Omg, you just really ignored him? Hahahahaha

Suga:

Hinata, that is not nice.. But I would probably do the same...

After I closed my messenger I got a notification from Lovgram. I opened the app and saw a message from KittenManica aka Hotaru.

Hello Tangerine/Shoyo, after our date I decided that we should

not meet again. You did not only seem uninterested in me

but also did not really take place in the conversation.

And you even laughed about the fact that I was worried

that my cat had a surgery, how heartless are you?!

"What?! Now is it my fault that he did not even give me a chance to talk?! Oh shit, that is why he glared at me, when I chuckled" I said out loud while reading the message and let out an annoyed sigh. 'I could not even apologize' I thought but went on. I updated my profile and uploaded a picture I took of me from today. I scrolled trough the app and looked at the boys that also posted pictures. There was one picture of a boy, maybe one or two years older than me, that got my interest. His piercing blue eyes and his black hair had something mysterious and I liked his picture. 'maybe I should make a step and write someone instead of waiting until someone writes me.." I thought and clicked on the profile of the black haired boy. His username was 'SetterKing' and he has almost the same interests as me but instead of gaming there was reading. 'oh he is younger than me by a few months but he looks older and much more mature' I thought while looking through his page. I sat there like 30 minutes and thought about writing him until I decided that I should do it. 'hey' was what I simply wrote because I could not think about a better start. After that I closed my phone put it on the charger and changed before I went to bed.
