Your pov:
I was running on air alone. I pushed food out left and right just my luck everyone cancelled, got sick, or are to much of a newbie to do anything. I breathed as many left smiling and cheering. My brother snickered " how ya holding up, I know I feel tired from watching you work." " It's almost closing time" I shared as old man rick sat down I placed his food down and smiled " no spice, just like you like it." " You know some people come just to see that smile and feel the warmth you give off." " Thank you for the compliment, feel no rush and take your time." He smiled at me.

I heard the bell ring and I turn a rock came flying for old man nick I caught it flipping over and pushing off a table then landed on the floor. I lightly tossed it back out the door. " Hello how may I help you." I asked they seemed down so I put a little bit more warmth into my smile. " Could I have the steak meal." I nodded " Salmon for the two of us." " Bacon wrapped on rice." I nodded and went to work I sat the plates down. " What drinks would you like?" " Lavender scented but black tea." I nodded at his request. " Orange juice" " apple juice" " he want's water." I made the mental note and fixed their drinks when the last person i was making for walked up behind me.

" Is my tea anywhere nea-" " I just finished sir I apologize for the wait." He nodded as the clock hit midnight. We were closed and everyone was done. I locked up. I undid my ponytail and fixed my clothes. I guess some other break day I'll have to go shopping. " Wait where are you all coming from?" They asked.

Levi's pov:
" We are cadets for the survey corp." A few did salutes while others didn't bother. " Where exactly is Y/n yeager" " I'm right here" the waitress said " we need you to come with us." The girl turned " alright Armin, can you give the Shadis he got sick." A blond stepped up nodding. Y/n walked with us.

As a group of children shoved us all Y/n fell into my arms. Her eyes just now seemed gorgeous. Her hair floated as I realized I had caught her in my arms. I sat her down on her feet and smiled as a thank you. As we walked I felt this lump in my throat and my chest tighten. " We are here" I said she looked around not realizing I had slipped cuffs on. I walked her in and she realized her eyebrows scrunched in confusion so she sat down in the middle of the room.

" Y/n yeager suspected for murder of gaurds Howzer Mosicla and other gaurds how do you plead." "This case has been closed they said the killer was probably killed by a titan in the fall of the wall. She couldn't have been older then 13 no way she could be a killer, she's to nice" I whispered to Erwin " I agree she doesn't seem the type to kill anyone." Hange agreed clearly. " Silence how do you plead." " May I see a thing of theirs?" She asked as if she genuinely wanted to know who they were.

They brought in items then photos. She looked at the photos. " So how do you plead." " Guilty."

Gasp were heard " h-how old were you" she smiled sweetly and it was terrifying " 9 at the time." " Your not in the case at all the only reason we even thought of you is because your related to that families docter." " I'm not very nice when your a child seller." She said boardly. " You deserve life outside the walls my baby boy would never." Y/n looked at the women. Then just shook her head " what, say what you dare let fall out of your filthy mouth" " that expression is the same one your so called precious son held when he raised the knife above his head." Y/n boardly stated." You are sentenced to death" the judge ruled " alright cool, where at" she casually asked " outsode the wall." " alright let me go, or how are we doing this." " With titans" " did it, done it, lived from it." Y/n boardly stated. The judge asked for a look of help. " Actually you will be in the scouts for a weeks time." Y/n shrugged " doesn't matter to me."

" Case dismissed." " I demand justice." The women screamed and ran trying to kill Y/n. Y/n side stepped in a split second and her knee connected with the ladies eye. Y/n stood at the way up and broke the chains and cuffs. She walked out. We went after her. " You can-" " Shadis is sick, I really can't talk right now." I grabbed her arm barely. " Your with us for a week, judges ruling." Hange walked off somewhere as did Mitch. Erwin patted my back and pushed me forward as he left. What is wromg with those guys.

Y/n was walking I noticed shaking body. " Are you alright" " I'm just sick of humanity right now nothing big, I just hate how I matter when people need something but the minute they don't I no longer exist I'm tired of feeling like a burden." She said on the brink of tears I felt something in me turned in pain for her.

"But now I'm burdening you, my apologies." Hange waved a book slowly trying to tell me something when I caught the gold of it I realized she was saving something about my family. I ignored it but it was like a itch never satisfied." It's fine quite frankly I'm done with certain humans." Y/n gave me that sugary sweet angelic smile and it made my cheeks warm up in the cold air. " Thanks, I actually don't know your name or title, what is it?"

" Captain Levi of the survey corps, but you can call me Levi and only you." Y/n smiled at me softer this time. As I had been walking her to her and Hange's temporarily shared room she turned at the door and hugged me and like I thought she is shorter then me. I wrapped my arms around her waist and everything seemed perfect her hair, her eyes, that stupid gorgeous smile. " thanks Levi, this means more then you could ever understand." I nodded and watched her disappear into her room. I went for a cup of tea when I was pulled away from it.
