Today has been too long and it's only 9:30 a.m. I been arguing with the team in Seattle for the last hour about who should lead the case there considering the delicacy of the situation our client is in. No one can agree so it looks like once again I'll be the one making decisions for a group of adults with outstanding skills in the court room but a lack there of in the conference room. I sigh loudly cuasing everyone to puase their bickering. "I want Rolando leading the case considering he has the best relationship with the client and can get more information out of him. I expect everyone to equally put forth efforts in finding a solution to his situation. Meanwhile I want everyone looking into hi-" I puase hearing someone knock then enter. I look at the clock seeing my interview is 10 minutes early. 'Good means they keep good time'. I catch a glimpse of dark red locks moving towards my desk from the window reflection. "Sir.. you were saying?" I hear a woman's voice snapping me back to reality. "Yes, look into his ex -husband jealousy can lead people to do crazy things. I'll see u all soon, til then work hard and you will be rewarded greatly. Have a good work day!" I hear a series of "yes sir" and "see you soon" as I hang up the phone.

I turn to see a beautiful thing sitting across from me, her head down working vigorously to read through the standard privacy policy we have ever interviewed person sign and fill out. Interesting most people just read the heading and start signing away. She must have felt my eyes on her because she raises her head bright blue eyes starring into mine. A cute whisper of "Hi." escapes her mouth a equally bright blue pen touching her lower lip. I can't hold back the cheeky smile that spreads across my face at the beautiful blushing one she give me. I can't help but marvel at the wonderful body before my eyes she curves and deeps at all the right places. I glance back to her face realizing she has a light dust of freckles across her little nose. It's cute, suits her innocent aura. I catch her eyes roaming my body a growing blush creeping up her neck. So she thinks I'm attractive. Her eyes land on my head taking me in slowly. Her brows furrow looking to my hair. Understandable most people find my longer hair weird considering my position. I hate short hair so I keep it longer so what? Her eyes travel over my face zeroing in on my nose she seems to like the large peice of cartilage attached..interesting. I smirk finding her intriguing.
"You're Chase's daughter?" I ask remember he'd personally made the appointment for the interview. She nods she seems shy. I ask her to speak. She complies like the good girl she seems to be. I tense as the words leave her mouth that I so enjoy to hear. I question her on Marina and her lack of similar appearances. She tences replying they are not biologically related. I asks if she done with the papers to change the subject. She shakes her head then takes a second to remember to speak. "Uuuh no sir, I like to read what I'm signing." Smart I think to my self then comment on how it's a good habit to get into.

While waiting for her to finish I get distracted with work emails and replying to clients. "I'm finished,...sir" I feel myself take in a breath as her voice reaches my ears. I hold my hand out for the papers. While questioning her I'm confused how someone so young could already have a business degree accompanied by a law degree. Then she informs me of her early graduation and college education. "As Marina say I'm book smart not street smart." Anger takes over my facial expression 'what a bitch' I think to myself remember how I hated when employees brought the money hungry spouses to events and Marina being one of them. I scold her for the self insult. She takes it like a true babygirl a slight pout blessing those plump lips. I glare at the intrusion of the beautiful face. "Everything seems to be in order, we'll be in touch soon about the position." I comment. She stands thanking me then turns toward the door leaving. "I didn't tell you to leave, did I joy?" Her name glides off my tongue like sweet carmal. "N-no sir, you did not." She stutters out. I spot a shiver running down her back as she turns toward me face down. I hook my finger under her chin, her head shifts coming up to my chest. I reach back instinctively and tug her hair back so shes looking into my eyes. "Always look into my eyes when speaking to me love. I want to know your being honest with me, honestly comes in through the eyes." She nods causing me to tug as little harsher on her hair than I originally intended. I'm delighted to know she didnt flinch infact she keeps tension in the pull. I smirk realizing she likes the sting. I open the door permitting her leave. She walks out seemingly in a daze.

She never leaves my mind the whole damn day all I think about is her cute facial expression her lack of showing acknowledgment to her effect on me. She seems sweet to pure for the likes of me. Maybe I should leave her be knowing my temperament and lack of control when it comes to my attraction to her. I'm liable to do something she may not like. I may ruin the very innocents that pours from her being. I would like to ruin her for any other man but would she let me? As I walk through the halls to the top floor apartment built in especially for me so working is literally at my fingertips, I stop by the special room I plan on decorating according to Joy's personality and tastes. I've made up my mind I can't keep her at arms length. I will make her mine and show her just how innocent she is.
