It was my first day of 6th grade and I am so excited yet nervous. I walked on the side walk and saw my best friend who is in 8th grade. I waited for her to get off the bus I asked Ali if she knew where Mr.Chatham's class was. She said she knew because she had him two years ago. I asked her if she could walk me down because it was my first day back to school and the middle school! Then my other best friend Nicky walked up to me so I introduced her to Ali and told her I go to gymnastics with her 24/7, after school then I introduced Ali to Nicky and told Ali that I have been friends with Nicky ever since i was in fourth grade. They both said hi to each other.
Then before I knew it we were in the Middle school then Ali took me to my home room it looked a lot different from the elementary school. I introduced myself to my teacher. He told me he had heard about me because I have a hearing loss and he also told me that he knew I did gymnastics so I thought this year wouldn't be so bad after all.
