A lot of things have happened in Greece in the past four years. Thirteen femicides in 2018, eight in 2019, ten in 2020 and twelve in 2021. Countless reports of sexual assault and rape, most of which were done by actors with the victims being other actors or their students. About a week ago, it was brought to light that there had been reports that one of the host of a famous satirical show had posted nude pictures and videos of his ex partners in porn sites without their consent. The first woman reported it back in 2019 and no-one knew up until now, not even the co-hosts of the show. It was now that justice was finally served with the help of the assaulter's colleagues, and more people are reporting similar cases. My mother was talking about what happened with her aunt on the phone, and she said that it was also the woman's fault that she agreed on taking the pictures. Now, let's say it together:
NOTHING JUSTIFIES CROSS OF BINDARIES, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL ABUSE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT
Instead of blaming that woman for trusting her partner, maybe we should be worried that there are people who would hurt another person like that.
