Chapter Twelve

The Doctor's POV
I walked into Jake's office to find Jay standing over Jake. Jay froze with his dagger in the air, and Jake got off the floor and ran over to me. I asked, "What in the name of all that is useful is going on here?" Jay just stood there glaring at me and Jake. Jake quickly said, "Ijustcameinhereforabroomwhenhecamein,knockedmeonthefloorandthenyoucameinhereandeveryonestoppedmoving!" I asked, "Can you please say that slower? I didn't catch any of it." Jake sighed and said, "I just came in here for a broom when he came in and knocked me on the floor, and then you came in here, and everyone stopped moving!" Before I could say anything a dagger nearly hit me in the chest. Jay was facing me with a look that said RUN IF YOU WANT TO LIVE. I rubbed the back of my head and said, "Well I should get back to watching General Electric," then I ran out of the room at top speed. Jake was following me and he had a broom and a dustpan. When we got back to the Generals and Melody, we were out of breath. General Electric (Mystery) and General G. were sleeping. Melody was singing softly to them. Sometimes you'd forget that Melody was eleven. Jake cleaned up the broken glass and sat down in a corner of the room.

Mystery's POV
There's the singing again. I was walking in a forest with thick trees holding a black rose. Where did this rose even come from? Where am I? I walked until I reached a small river with large flat stones lying across it. I walked over the stones to the shore on the other side. This place is beautiful, I just want to know where I am though. A voice asked, "Why are you here, Miss?" I looked around and asked, "Who said that?" A man who looked a lot like my best friend, Bray came out from behind a great oak. He looked me over and said, "Oh, it's you. I haven't seen you in a while, Mystery." I studied him and asked, "Who are you?" Before he could answer the singing stopped and he with everything else, vanished. I sat up and looked around. Everyone but Melody and someone in the corner was asleep. The person in the corner got up and walked over to me. He sat down next to me and started humming. Melody started to fall asleep, and I hummed with him. After a short time, Melody and I think it was Jake, fell asleep. I was uncomfortable. Jake was leaning on me, and it was a little too hot. I would've moved if I hadn't of been chained to the wall. I moved over a little, and Jake was now lying flat on the floor.

The Doctor's POV
What the hell is this place? I was walking in a forest holding a dark blue rose. Where did the rose come from and why don't I want to get rid of it? Ahead of me was a small river with some large flat stones lying across it. I carefully walked across the stones to the other side of the river. I sighed and climbed up a hill. This place is nice, but I would really like to know where the hell I am. I looked off into the distance. Someone ran into me, and said,"Sorry, Doctor." I looked down and saw Melody. I asked, "Do you know where we are?" She replied, "We're on a hill by a forest and a river." "DOCTOR!" Someone shook me awake. I sat up and asked, "What is it?" Jake pointed at a sleeping General Electric and said, "She was calling for you." I looked over at her. She was sleeping soundly. I said, "She's sleeping. You must've dreamed it." She made an odd noise that sounded like a cross between a muffled laugh and a cry. Melody was looking at Mystery worriedly. I said, "Look, guys she's asleep and it doesn't look like she's having a nightmare, so she's fine." Melody and Jake said, "Okay, Doctor." Someone knocked on the door and we all looked over.
