         ❊   minimise social media time to 2 hours a day
         ❊   learn guitar for 30 mins a day
         ❊   learn french for an hour every day
         ❊   learn bsl for half an hour every day

         ❊   meditate for at least 10 minutes in the morning, evening and night (30 mins total)
