Breaking Point

THIRD POV:

It's felt like a lifetime since going into hiding, and being pregnant didn't make it any easier. Being six months pregnant and in hiding is enough to make anyone crazy. Emotions and hormones were not your friend and you were stir crazy to boot. Jimin tried to help you get out every once in a while, but it became increasingly more difficult as patrols intensified and your own mobility decreased. You hardly wanted to do anything, but you were tired of being stuck underground.

Jimin wasn't doing much better. He became increasingly frustrated every day as the hunt for him and his gang continued. He wanted to devote every second to you and the baby, but someone always needed him somewhere else. He needed a break and he needed you, he was finally at his breaking point.

You heard a loud crash from down then hall followed by a gut wrenching cry. You moved down the hall as quickly as you could and threw open the door to Jimin's office revealing the heartbreaking sight of your husband on the floor sobbing with his head buried in his hands. You quickly went over to him, wrapping your arms around him as you tried to calm him down. He flinched at the sudden contact, but he immediately melted into your arms.

"Baby, what's wrong?" you asked, your voice just barely above a whisper.

"I can't take this anymore." he said softly. You quickly motioned for the person at the door to come in as you slowly stood up.

"Please cancel all plans for today and the next few days. No one is to bother Jimin for the next few days. Is that understood?" the man nodded and swiftly walked out of the room to deliver your orders. You walked back over to Jimin and grabbed his hands, causing him to look up at you. "Come on baby, let's go lay down and take a break."

Jimin could only follow your directions, he didn't dare to argue with you, and he certainly wasn't gonna deny taking a break. You both walked back to your room and laid down, surrendering yourselves to exhaustion for the first time in months.

As much as I've been wanting to update this story, my own actual relationship is my priority. Hopefully I'll be able to more soon, but I do have my priorities.
