When I went out to go down the dorm stairs and go to the training hall, the students who found me started cheering.

"You did a great job, Kayla!"

"Kayla, you're the best!"

There was a whistle somewhere. Is yesterday's incident already known?

"Lady Kayla, wait a minute! Please wait!"

The student who had followed me as I passed held out an embroidered handkerchief to me with trembling hands.

"You can use it and throw it away later, it will be an honor!"

"Oh, thank you."

I picked up my handkerchief and put it in my pocket. Around them, students were shouting and saying, " I should have brought a handkerchief too!" In fact, I could make a blanket, with all the handkerchiefs I received earlier. I also got some from Franz.

On my way to the gym, I passed a bulletin board. An article about yesterday's incident caught my attention, with a flashy headline and a picture of me.

<Kayla Vesta, knight student who single-handedly took down Lempist>

As expected, it was a photo that a reporter sneaked up and took when I was alone. With a more or less clean side, on which the uniform was not damaged.

"Lady Kayla, you also look great from the back."

A girl's voice came from behind, mixed with the fervent fan spirit. However, the more I read the article, the colder I felt.

<Kayla Vesta, the next Guardian Knights leader, single player victory!>

I tore a section of the newspaper off the bulletin board and read the article in detail.

This is not a solo victory. Other than me, there were student knights and Guardian Knights with me…

I tore the entire article off the bulletin board. This was because not only I had to be covered by the media, but also the activities of the other knights.

"Why are you ripping newspaper articles off the bulletin board?"

"Because Sir Kayla isn't the only participant in the fight. They must have been inattentive to the other knights."

"Oh my God, that's cool."

There are whispers of praise, more praising my intentions. It wasn't wrong, but it was burdensome. I was afraid that the morale of my colleagues would drop if I was the only one singled out in that battle.

Like a celebrity who came to the Academy after a long break, the students surrounded me.

"I have to go."

I made my way through the crowd to the training room. As I pushed my way through the crowd, like the miracle of Moses, the students split into two.

"Excuse me, I'll pass."

Familiar purple eyes flashed past the students as I squeezed past the hard-core fans. I looked around with a terrible sense of foreboding. I could see the back of a small student who was smaller than me.

It was a boy with short black hair. I turned my head again and went to the training room. No, he can't be in such a place.

I haven't heard of anyone coming here from the Duke of Lythi or Count Aijar. And Aster would be seventeen by now. What was Aster's height like in the original?

I can't remember the exact events of the original right now, but I do remember that it was about a year after the abduction of 16—year-old Franz. Astaire should be taller by then and will probably look like a young man.
