Your orange-haired husband stirred from his sleep, his sleepy eyes boring into yours. "Yes, baby?"
If there's something you really expect from mornings, then that's his morning voice. You won't hear the typical Shoyou because of how deep his voice is when he wakes up. Wrapping your arms around his waist and peppering his face with soft kisses, you poked his nose.
"Do you know what day is today, honey?" You snuggled closer, excited for his reply.
"Uhm, December 21?"
You giggled. "And...?"
"And it's Taco Tuesday?"
"Well, aside from that. Today is...?"
Now, your husband looks so confused. "I don't—oh, I'm sending you to the office today!"
Hinata jumped out from the bed, sitting in front of you. "Good morning, honey!" Back to the typical, energetic ball of sunshine.
Well, he's right. He said to you last night that he'll send and fetch you from your office today since it's his day off. Also, he promised to spend lots of time with you and your daughter, [ D/N ], after your work. Ice creams, waffles, dinner in bed, movie night—name it! He won't waste any second just to be with his family, especially since you're both parents now. Life is hard, yes. With him balancing his work, volleyball, and family—he really needs to master time management which he isn't really good at before.
Hinata's starting to prioritize what's really important which you never fail to commend. It wasn't way too long way back when you two got married, but you're seeing a lot of improvements from him compared to when you were just dating that's why you're really proud of him right now.
