Sometimes it feels like the days are just getting longer and longer. Like when I have only been sitting on the couch for only 5 minutes it feels like I have been there for almost 2 hours.
I honestly can't believe that they are back. After all the harm and pain they put me through you would think that they had enough....but no they still want to hurt me. I mean it's their fault I am blind. I still remember that night. Bruce still remembers it too.
They always tend to follow us where ever we go. It gets on my last nerves. Like what did I ever honestly do to piss them off?
The first time I saw them they just popped out of thin air. Me and Bruce were out shopping and I asked him if he could sense anything was wrong and he said no. I should have trusted my senses and did something right then and there instead of going home and having them know where I live.
Ever since that day my life has been complete hell and more hectic then it usually has. I constantly had to watch my back and even when I did it was to late and I ended up being blind. Now I have to rely on the senses that I have left and the people around me to make sure that I don't get hurt and the people I love don't get hurt as well.
Anyways back to present day and no more memories to recall for the moment.
I was sitting on the couch and I decided to get up and go get something to eat out of the fridge. If Alfred was here he would probably make me my favorite snack which is blood cotton candy with a huge glass of Mountain Dew. But atlas Alfred won't be here until next week because he is finishing up packing things up in the other house.
Alfred is our immortal butler and I consider him to be family. He has been serving my family since 1847 when my father came to America with my mother. I honestly can't wait for him to come back because I can't survive off of Bruce's cooking for much longer.
I got off of my spot on the couch and started to make my way to the kitchen when all of a sudden I heard and high pitch screech. It felt as if my ears were bleeding but as sudden as the sound came it left.
I knew only one thing could explain for that screech and that would be that they were back.
