Breath in,

breath out.

Close your eyes.

It'll be alright.

Feel your breathing,

feel the continuous pulse of your heart in your chest.

Your life is worth so much.

Any emotion you feel, it's valid

don't let people tell you otherwise.

Five things you can see,

name them off, one by one.

Four things you can feel,

notice the sensation of holding an object in your hand.

Breathe in,

breath out.

Three things you can hear,

relish each sound, let it calm you.

Two things you can smell,

this might be hard, but you can do it.

And finally...

One thing you can taste.

You've done so well,

you've done so much. 

Whatever you've done today, remember it's better than nothing,

and try again the next day.

Remember to breathe in,

and breathe out.

Stay calm

and stay beautiful.
