Chapter 7- The Judges are Coming!

!TW! None this time <3 (If there is any than pls tell me, I didn't read over this chapter)!

Hannah- After I left them, I passed a young girl-ish kid who seemed to be getting something from a room. I didn't pay any attention to her, I just walked away onto the dock. When I reached the outside I checked my pocket watch and it was a quarter till noon! If Max didn't come out soon I would have to leave him here. I didn't want the judges going on my ship without me there. I walk over to the wall of the ship, put one leg against the wall and the other standing. I tip my hat so it was blocking the sun. I closed my eyes for a few minutes attempting to sleep, but then I was shaken awake by Max. 'Well there goes that plan of sleep.'

Max- Me and my mother talked for a while, she told me that I most likely came from the Devil's Palace. It's a very dangerous place, it has very barren land, violent demons. No one had ever made it to the giant castle in the middle, it's said that the most magnificent treasure lies inside. Many have tried but have failed. "You and your friend should probably go, it's almost time for the contest." She points to a clock on the wall. "Okay! I'll see you later mom." I give her one last hug and leave her, "Bye! Stay safe!" I walk out onto the deck and see Arrow trying to steal Hannah's sword while she sleeps. "Arrow!" I whisper over to them and snap my fingers. They crawl away from Hannah and stand behind me "I wasn't doing anything wrong." I sigh and walk over to Hannah, I shake her awake. "Wake up! It's almost time for the contest to start >:["

Hannah- "I'm awake, I'm awake." I pulled out my pocket watch, to see that there was only 10 minutes till the judges would come. "We better get going if we're gonna make it back in time." "That's what I said >:[" "Oh" We walked off the ship and onto the dock, we passed the man that Max knocked out. I stopped and dragged him off the side of the dock and he plopped into the water. I brush off my hands, I couldn't tell if Max was scared, disappointed or pleased. " They tried to kill us, it's what they deserve." We continued walking to my ship, once we arrived and walked up the wooden board. I saw that Lexie and Rayne were both voted to stay here this time they were both talking and sweeping the deck. Once they realized that we were on board they greeted us. "Hey Hannah!" Rayne waves. "Oh, didn't know you were coming back so early. Should I get the rest of the crew?" Lexie asks. "Yeah sure tell them we're staying here a while longer because-" "We entered the SS Clover in the contest!" Lexie and Rayne's eyes widen. "You got Hannah, this Hannah right in front of me to enter the SS Clover in the contest.." Lexie says, then walks up to Max. Puts her hands on his shoulder then starts shaking him. "HOW DID YOU DO IT!?!?!"

Max- "uhUhUhuhUh, All I said was it would make her cousin happy!?" "BUT SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HER COUSIN YOU LIAR!" "BAHHH THAT'S ALL I SAID!" She is still shaking me trying to get the answer. Rayne pinched herself and Hannah just crossed her arms. I grabbed Lexie's shoulder and started shaking her as well "STOP SHAKING ME!!" "uhUhUhuhUh, I CAN'T STOP SHAKING YOU IF YOUR SHAKING MEEEEEE!" "You two stop, the judges will be here any second!" Hannah yells. We both stop shaking each other and look over at Hannah. We let each other go, "I still don't believe you" She playfully glares at me.

Hannah- "Lexie go get everyone else before the judges get here." "Okay." As she left I decided I would try and sleep. I went up to the pole of where the crows nest was, put one leg on the pole and the other standing. Tipped my hat to block the sun. "You guys can do whatever just let me know when the judges are here." I say as I close my eyes to fall asleep. But it wasn't for very long. About 5 minutes later the judges finally came to the Clover and once again my plan of sleep was ruined.

Max- Since we had a little while until the judges got here I decided to make sure the kitchen was cleaned up. I went into the kitchen and saw I had left a lot of dishes from yesterday in the sink. "Great, why didn't I do this last night." I started to clean the dishes. After a few minutes I was finished. I heard someone say the judges were here so I walked out onto the deck and waited for Hannah to come down from the crows nest. She basically slid down the ladder. I looked over to the wooden board and the judges were standing on the deck by the board.
