Marshall's pov
I was confused why Jessie called me Marshy so I asked Hey why did you call me marshy,Uhmm... No reason just a little nickname yeah that's right a nickname Jessie replied with a blush on her face she looked actually pretty cute Well uhm I'm going to play tag with chase I said and she nodded I ran off to play tag but I only stared at Jessie until Chase snapped me out of my toughts Your it He said Oh yeah right silly me I said I see you got eyes on the new girl she Chase said teasingly I Blushed embarrassedly What no I don't
I said insecurely and ran off to the woods panting as I ran and my knees started to ache my breath rushed until I reached a clearing and stopped catching my breathe then I heard twigs Break as footsteps approached I got into a fighting stance it's not like I knew anything about fighting
Jessie's pov
I ran after Marshall after I saw him rushing into the forest after a few minutes I started walking since I lost sigh on him I only had my nose to rely on I followed Marshall's scent as I sniffled on the ground till I get into a clearing to see Marshall in a fighting stance What's with the stance? I asked Oh no I thought a predator was going to attack me Marshall said I giggled Oh Marshall this forest is a place of piece I would always visit this beauty I said as I remember all the fun times my family had here until one day....
Jessie's past
A young cockapoo and his family visited the clearing the youngest was Jessie and the older brother was Jackson the two raced off to thier favorite spot as they raced Jessie slipped off a steep way that lead to a one way ticket to puppy heaven but the big brother pushed Jessie up "Big brother nooo!!!!!!" Jackson's body fell for miles probably but jessie didn't care she cried her eyes out "Please don't die!!!, please" She said as tears rolled down her eyes
